Abstract
Description
Claims (13)
- 粉末(6)を移動させることにより多孔質基材(8)に含浸させる含浸装置(2)であって、
前記粉末(6)を貯蔵する領域(4、54)と、
前記多孔質基材と接触することができ、空洞(14、56)を有する外側表面を有するコンベヤ(12、50)と
を備える含浸装置(2)において、
前記コンベヤの前記外側表面が、前記空洞に前記粉末(6)を充填するために前記貯蔵領域の端部を画定すること、
位置決め手段により、前記多孔質基材を前記コンベヤの全長の一部と接触した状態に保持して、前記コンベヤの全長の一部に沿って前記粉末(6)を収容する前記空洞(14、56)を密閉できるようにすること、
駆動デバイスにより、前記コンベヤ及び前記多孔質基材が動くことを可能にすること、および
粉末を変位させるための手段が、前記コンベヤの全長の一部の反対側に配置されて、前記粉末の一部を前記多孔質基材を通って少なくとも部分的に変位させるようになっていること
を特徴とする、含浸装置。 - 前記コンベヤの外側表面が、空洞の無い表面部分を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載された含浸装置。
- 前記粉末(6)を収容する前記空洞を前記多孔質基材(8)により覆う前に前記空洞(14、56)の外部に存在する前記粉末(6)を除去するために、前記コンベヤの前記外側表面を刮ぐための手段(22)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2に記載された含浸装置。
- 前記コンベヤがベルト・コンベヤ(50)であることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか一項に記載された含浸装置。
- 前記コンベヤが円筒形コンベア(12)であることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか一項に記載された含浸装置。
- 前記多孔質基材内で前記粉末を変位させるための手段が、前記コンベヤ(12)の表面に対して略垂直なAC電場を生成するデバイス(12、28、30、32、34)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項5までのいずれか一項に記載された含浸装置。
- 前記AC電場を生成するデバイスが、前記多孔質基材(8)の両側に配置された少なくとも2つの電極(12、28、30、32)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載された含浸装置。
- 前記円筒形コンベア(12)が、前記電極のうちの1つを形成することを特徴とする、請求項7に記載された含浸装置。
- 前記粉末を変位させるための手段が、前記多孔質基材(8)と接触する少なくとも1つの振動デバイスを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項8までのいずれか一項に記載された含浸装置。
- 前記振動デバイスが、不規則な断面を有し前記多孔質基材(8)に略平行な軸の周りを回転する少なくとも1つのローラ(40、42、44、46、48)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項9に記載された含浸装置。
- 多孔質基材に粉末を含浸させる方法であって、
前記粉末を、中間輸送要素に存在する空洞内に堆積させ、
次いで前記多孔質基材を前記中間輸送要素に接触させて配置して、前記粉末を収容する前記空洞を密閉し、
次いで前記粉末を、前記空洞を密閉している前記基材内への前記粉末の挿入を促進するために前記空洞内で移動させる、方法。 - 前記粉末を移動させる間、前記中間輸送要素及び前記多孔質基材が動いている、請求項11に記載された方法。
- 前記粉末を移動させる間、前記中間輸送要素及び前記多孔質基材が静止している、請求項11に記載された方法。
