Description
ねじ式計量装置が、バレルと、このバレルの内側で回転駆動する少なくとも1つの粉末運搬ねじとを備える。
ねじ式計量装置が、1つの同じバレルの内側に並置されバレルの内側で回転駆動する2つの粉末運搬ねじを備える。
計量装置の2つのねじが、同じ向きのピッチを有する。
計量装置の2つのねじが、反対向きのピッチを有する。
計量装置の2つのねじが、同調して回転し、計量装置の2つのねじが、時計回りまたは反時計回りで、同じ方向に回転する。
分配装置が、バッファーリザーバに収容された粉末を解放する粉末開梱装置を備え、この開梱装置が、特に、バッファーリザーバの内側で回転駆動するブレードの形態をとる。
非限定的な例示によって与えられる本説明は、添付の図面を参照している。
仕上げプラットフォーム24は、ラムのようなアクチュエータ26で仕上げスリーブ22内側を垂直方向にスライドする。
したがって、製造チャンバ12内に存在する不活性ガスは、粉末分配ポイントP1が位置しているハウジング39内部にも存在する。より詳細には、製造チャンバ12内に存在する不活性ガスは、ねじ式計量装置44、バッファーリザーバ40、1または複数のパイプ46、弁43、コンテナ45内にも存在する。したがって、コンテナ45から製造ゾーン20までの全ての経路で粉末の質は保護される。また、製造チャンバ12、ハウジング39、ねじ式計量装置44、バッファーリザーバ40、パイプ46、弁43、及びコンテナ45は、全て流体密の状態で連結されている。
2つのねじの使用は、計量装置を出る粉末流の流量をより安定させ続けることを可能にしている。
Claims (9)
- 粉末床溶融付加製造機(10)であって、
製造チャンバ(12)と、該製造チャンバの内側に堆積された付加製造粉末層を選択的に融解するのに使用される少なくとも1つの熱またはエネルギー源(14)と、製造チャンバ内側に位置している製造ゾーン(20)の付近で動くことのできる少なくとも1つの可動式粉末受け面(28)と、前記可動式粉末受け面から製造ゾーンに向かって粉末を拡散することのできる粉末拡散装置(30)と、前記可動式粉末受け面に粉末を分配する少なくとも1つの粉末分配装置(32)と、を備えた粉末床溶融付加製造機において、
前記粉末分配装置が、粉末供給機(42)に連結されているバッファーリザーバ(40)と、その下を可動式受け面(28)が動く粉末分配ポイント(P1)とを有し、
前記粉末分配装置が、前記バッファーリザーバ(40)と粉末分配ポイント(P1)とをつなぐねじ式計量装置(44)を更に有し、前記バッファーリザーバから粉末分配ポイントに向かう粉末の連続流の発生を可能にし、
前記ねじ式計量装置(44)は、バレル(66)と、同一バレル(66)内に並置され該バレル内で回転駆動される2つの粉末運搬ねじ(V1、V2)を有し、
前記ねじ式計量装置の2つねじ(V1、V2)は、回転が同調され、時計回り方向または反時計回り方向の、同一方向に回転し、
前記粉末分配装置(32)が、前記バッファーリザーバ内に収容された粉末をほぐす粉末開梱装置(52)を有し、
前記粉末開梱装置(52)が、前記バッファーリザーバ(40)の内側でアクチュエータによって動くように駆動されるブレード(54)の形態をとり、
前記2つの粉末運搬(V1、V2)はギアリング(68)を介して1つの同一のアクチュエータ(56)によって駆動され、
前記2つの粉末運搬ねじ(V1、V2)の回転を駆動させるモータ(56)は、更に、前記ギアリング(68)を介して前記粉末開梱装置(52)のブレード(54)の回転を駆動させることができる、
ことを特徴とする粉末床溶融付加製造機(10)。 - 前記計量装置の2つねじ(V1、V2)が、同じ方向のピッチを有する、

請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の粉末床溶融付加製造機(10)。 - 2つの可動式粉末受け面(28)と、2つの粉末分配装置(32)とを備え、各可動式粉末受け面が、少なくとも1つの粉末分配装置から分配された粉末を受ける、
