Abstract
Description
コンピュータモデリングソフトウェアパッケージであるBlender(http://www.blender.orgから入手可能)を使用して、基材上の突出部の二次元表現を作製した。
以下の変更点を除いて、実施例1と同一の手順に従った。2つの同一のアレイは、1単位の外側辺長、0.028875単位の縁部幅Wを有し、3角形の縁部の1つがX方向にある、稠密アレイ内の3角形で構成された。この場合、アレイのうちの1つを最大1.5単位までX方向に0.05単位で、かつ最大0.815088単位までY方向に0.050943単位で並進させた。
以下の変更点を除いて、実施例1と同一の手順に従った。2つの同一のアレイは、1単位の6角形の外縁の最少直径、0.05単位の縁部幅Wを有し、最小直径の方向がX方向である、6角形の稠密アレイ内にある6角形で構成された。この場合、アレイのうちの1つを最大1.5単位までX方向に0.05単位で、かつ最大0.815088単位までY方向に0.050943単位で並進させた。これにより、パターンの単位セルが画定された。
Claims (24)
- 第1主面と、第2主面と、を含む、構造化基材であって、前記第1主面及び前記第2主面が、繰り返しパターンを形成する、複数の離間した突出部をそれぞれ含み、前記繰り返しパターンのそれぞれが長軸を有し、前記長軸が前記繰り返しパターンの並進方向に前記長軸のうちの1つを含み、前記第2主面上の前記繰り返しパターンの長軸が、前記第1主面上の長軸と斜角を形成し、前記角度が、前記繰り返しパターンの回転対称角の10〜90%の範囲であり、前記構造化基材が一体型基材である、構造化基材。
- 前記第1主面及び/又は前記第2主面上の前記繰り返しパターンが、任意の周期的な幾何学的パターンを含む、請求項1に記載の構造化基材。
- 前記周期的な幾何学的パターンが、正方形のパターン、6角形のパターン、3角形のパターン、又は円形のパターンを含む、請求項2に記載の構造化基材。
- 前記第1主面上の前記繰り返しパターンが前記第2主面上の前記繰り返しパターンと同一である、請求項1に記載の構造化基材。
- 前記第1主面上の前記繰り返しパターンが前記第2主面上の前記繰り返しパターンとは異なる、請求項1に記載の構造化基材。
- 前記角度が、前記繰り返しパターンの回転対称角の20〜80%の範囲である、請求項1に記載の構造化基材。
- 前記第1主面上の前記繰り返しパターン及び前記第2主面上の前記繰り返しパターンがキャビティのアレイを形成し、前記突出部が前記キャビティの壁を形成する、請求項1に記載の構造化基材。
- 前記キャビティのアレイが、正方形のキャビティのアレイを含む、請求項7に記載の構造化基材。
- 前記キャビティのアレイが、6角形のキャビティのアレイを含む、請求項7に記載の構造化基材。
- 前記キャビティのアレイが3角形のキャビティのアレイを含む、請求項7に記載の構造化基材。
- 前記キャビティのアレイが円形のキャビティのアレイを含む、請求項7に記載の構造化基材。

第2微細構造化工具を準備することであって、前記第2微細構造化工具が、
複数の陥凹部を含むパターンを備える構造化表面を含むことと、
前記第1微細構造化工具を前記流動性物質組成物の前記第1主面に、かつ前記第2微細構造化工具を前記流動性物質組成物の前記第2主面に同時に接触させて、前記流動性物質組成物上に第1構造化主面及び第2構造化主面を形成することと、を含み、
前記第1構造化主面及び前記第2構造化主面が、繰り返しパターンを形成する、複数の離間した突出部をそれぞれ含み、
前記繰り返しパターンのそれぞれが長軸を有し、
前記長軸が、前記繰り返しパターンの並進方向に前記長軸のうちの1つを含み、
前記第2主面上の前記繰り返しパターンの長軸が、前記第1主面上の長軸と斜角を形成し、
前記角度が、前記繰り返しパターンの回転対称角の10〜90%の範囲である、
