Claims (10)
- 煙塵に還元剤を添加し、前記煙塵を前記還元剤とともに加熱して、揮発性成分をスラグから分離する乾式冶金法で生じたヒ素および/またはアンチモンを含有する煙塵を処理する方法において、前記還元剤は炭素質化合物であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法において、流動床内で加熱を行うことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項2に記載の方法において、循環式流動床内で加熱を行うことを特徴とする方法。
- 前記請求項のいずれかに記載の方法において、加熱する前に前記煙塵を細粒化することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項4に記載の方法において、細粒化中に前記炭素質化合物および/または結合剤を前記煙塵に混合させることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項4または5に記載の方法において、20〜200℃、好ましくは40〜120℃の温度で細粒化を行うことを特徴とする方法。
- 前記請求項のいずれかに記載の方法において、不活性または還元雰囲気中で加熱を実行することを特徴とする方法。
- 前記請求項のいずれかに記載の方法において、500〜1200℃、好ましくは750〜950℃の温度で加熱処理を行うことを特徴とする方法。
- 前記請求項のいずれかに記載の方法において、加熱後に該熱の少なくとも一部を回収して、前記細粒化処理および/または前記加熱に供給することを特徴とする方法。
- 炭素質還元剤を添加する装置と、前記還元剤とともに煙塵を加熱する反応炉と、揮発性成分を分離する分離器とを有する乾式冶金法で生じたヒ素および/またはアンチモンを含有する煙塵を処理する設備において、該設備は前記反応炉に前記煙塵を送り込む前に該煙塵を細粒化する装置を特徴とする設備。
