Claims (35)
- 環境無線周波数(RF)エネルギーの捕集に使用するためのアンテナ装置であって、
電気を生成するためにRFエネルギーを受け取るように構成された一つ以上のRFアンテナ素子を備え、前記一つ以上のRFアンテナ素子は、複数の周波数フィルタリング素子を備え、前記周波数フィルタリング素子の各々は、受け取った前記RFエネルギーの、当該周波数フィルタリング素子に対応する周波数帯域をフィルタリングするように構成されている、アンテナ装置。 - 前記複数の周波数フィルタリング素子は、前記一つ以上のRFアンテナ素子の一部分を成している、請求項1に記載のアンテナ装置。
- 前記複数の周波数フィルタリング素子は、前記一つ以上のRFアンテナ素子内または前記一つ以上のRFアンテナ素子上に形成された構造であり、該構造のフィルタリング特性は、該構造の寸法に従って定まる、請求項2に記載のアンテナ装置。
- 前記構造は、前記構造が形成された前記一つ以上のRFアンテナの一つ以上の共振周波数に対応した位置において、前記一つ以上のRFアンテナ素子内または前記一つ以上のRFアンテナ上に形成されている、請求項3に記載のアンテナ装置。
- 前記複数の周波数フィルタリング素子がフィルタリングする前記対応する周波数帯域は、一つ以上の既知の電磁波周波数帯域である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のアンテナ装置。
- 前記一つ以上の既知の電磁波周波数帯域は、GSM900、GSM1800、3G、および4Gの一つ以上を含む、請求項5に記載のアンテナ装置。
- 前記一つ以上のRFアンテナ素子の一つは、第1の周波数範囲を受けるように構成された円形放射パッチである、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のアンテナ装置。
- 前記複数の周波数フィルタリング素子のうち第1の周波数フィルタリング素子は、前記円形放射パッチ内または前記円形放射パッチ上に同心状に形成された湾曲構造であり、前記第1のフィルタリング素子は、前記第1の周波数範囲内の一つ以上の周波数を取り除くように構成されている、請求項7に記載のアンテナ装置。
- 前記第1の周波数フィルタリング素子は、
前記円形放射パッチの中心からλg/16〜λg/12の距離に位置しており、
λg/15〜λg/6の長さを有し、
λg/24.2〜λg/18.5の幅を有し、
ここでλgは、前記周波数フィルタリング素子に対応する前記周波数帯域の中心周波数における波長である、請求項8に記載のアンテナ装置。 - 前記複数の周波数フィルタリング素子のうち第2の周波数フィルタリング素子は、前記第1の周波数範囲内の一つ以上の周波数を取り除くように構成された前記円形放射パッチ内または該円形放射パッチ上に同心状に形成された湾曲構造であり、前記第2の周波数フィルタリング素子によってフィルタリングされる前記一つ以上の周波数は、前記第1の周波数フィルタリング素子によってフィルタリングされる前記一つ以上の周波数とは異なる、請求項8または9に記載のアンテナ装置。
- 前記第2の周波数フィルタリング素子は、
前記円形放射パッチの中心からλg/24〜λg/12の距離に位置しており、
λg/5.7〜λg/4.5の長さを有し、
λg/24.2〜λg/18.5の幅を有し、
ここでλgは、前記周波数フィルタリング素子に対応する前記周波数帯域の中心周波数における波長である、請求項9または10に記載のアンテナ装置。 - 前記一つ以上のRFアンテナ素子の一つは、前記アンテナの放射パターンを定めるように構成された接地面である、請求項7〜11のいずれか一項に記載のアンテナ装置。
- 前記複数の周波数フィルタリング素子の一つは、第2の周波数範囲内の一つ以上の周波数を取り除くために前記接地面内または前記接地面上に形成された構造である、請求項12に記載のアンテナ装置。
- 前記接地面内または前記接地面上に形成された前記構造はU字状である、請求項13に記載のアンテナ装置。
- 前記接地面内または前記接地面上に形成された前記構造は、
前記円形放射パッチの最も近い縁からλg/8.1〜λg/5.4の距離に位置しており、
λg/10.5〜λg/7.4の長さを有し、
λg/24.2〜λg/15.2の幅を有し、
ここでλgは、前記周波数フィルタリング素子に対応する前記周波数帯域の中心周波数における波長である、請求項13または14に記載のアンテナ装置。 - 前記円形放射パッチおよび前記接地面が形成された基板を備えるRFアンテナ構成を有する請求項12〜15に記載のアンテナ装置。
- 前記RFアンテナ構成は、前記円形放射パッチおよび前記接地面を捕集回路に接続するための接続部分を前記基板の一端に備える、請求項16に記載のアンテナ装置。
- 前記円形放射パッチは、細長い給電線を介して前記接続部分に接続される、請求項17に記載のアンテナ装置。
- 前記細長い給電線の長さは、前記円形放射パッチと前記接地面との間の距離が前記アンテナの出力インピーダンスを定めるように設定されている、請求項18に記載のアンテナ装置。
- 前記円形放射パッチと前記接地面との間の距離はλg/4.8であり、ここでλgは、前記周波数フィルタリング素子に対応する前記周波数帯域の中心周波数における波長である、請求項19に記載のアンテナ装置。
- 前記基板は可撓性を有する、請求項16〜20のいずれか一項に記載のアンテナ装置。
- 前記周波数フィルタリング素子は、一つ以上の、ノッチ、溝、または突起である、請求項1〜21のいずれか一項に記載のアンテナ装置。
- 対応するアンテナから入力端子で受けた変動電気信号を、電気エネルギー貯蔵ユニットに供給するための直流電気信号に変換するように構成された整流回路であって、前記アンテナは、環境無線周波数(RF)エネルギーの捕集に使用されるアンテナである、整流回路と、
前記直流電気信号を受ける入力端子を有し、前記電気エネルギー貯蔵ユニットへの前記直流電気信号の供給を制御する電力管理モジュールと、
を備える装置であって、
前記整流回路は複数の伝送線路を備え、前記整流回路の前記入力端子と前記電力管理モジュールの前記入力端子とは、前記複数の伝送線路を介して接続されており、
前記電力管理モジュールは、前記複数の伝送線路によって定められる境界線の内側に少なくとも部分的に配置されている、装置。 - 前記複数の伝送線路は第1および第2の腕状部を成しており、前記第1の腕状部は、順方向にバイアスされた整流デバイスを介して、前記整流回路の前記入力端子を前記電力管理モジュールの前記入力端子へ接続し、前記第2の腕状部は、逆方向にバイアスされた整流デバイスを介して、前記整流回路の前記入力端子を前記電力管理モジュールの前記入力端子へ接続する、請求項23に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の腕状部は、前記整流回路の前記入力端子を前記順方向にバイアスされた整流デバイスに接続する第1の伝送線路と、前記順方向にバイアスされた整流デバイスを前記電力管理モジュールの前記入力端子に接続する第2の伝送線路とを備える、請求項24に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の伝送線路は、前記整流器を前記対応するアンテナとインピーダンス整合するように設けられており、前記第2の伝送線路は、前記整流回路を前記電力管理モジュールとインピーダンス整合するように設けられている、請求項25に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の伝送線路はλg/8.1〜λg/6.8の長さを有し、ここでλgは、前記対応するアンテナが受ける周波数帯域の中心周波数における波長である、請求項25または26に記載の装置。
- フィルタリング回路が前記第2の伝送線路に接続されている、請求項25〜27のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記フィルタリング回路は4分の1波長スタブである、請求項28に記載の装置。
- 前記第2の伝送線路は、連結用伝送線路およびインピーダンス整合用伝送線路を備え、前記連結用伝送線路は、前記整流デバイスと前記フィルタリング回路との間に設けられており、前記連結用伝送線路は、前記整流デバイスに伴う容量リアクタンスを吸収するように設けられており、前記インピーダンス整合用伝送線路は、前記フィルタリング回路と前記電力管理モジュールとの間に設けられている、請求項25〜29のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記連結用伝送線路は、λg/5.6〜λg/4.3の長さを有し、ここでλgは、前記アンテナの受信周波数帯域の中心周波数における波長である、請求項30に記載の整流装置。
- 前記インピーダンス整合用伝送線路は、λg/4.4〜λg/3.8の長さを有し、ここでλgは、前記対応するアンテナが受ける周波数帯域の中心周波数における波長である、請求項30または31に記載の装置。
- 前記電力管理モジュールは、前記整流装置内に配置されており、
前記電力管理モジュールは、第1端で、前記整流回路の出力端子に接続されており、
前記電力管理モジュールの第2端と前記整流回路の入力端子との間の距離は、λg/5〜λg/2.5に設定されており、
前記電力管理モジュールの第1の側と前記第1の腕状部の縁との間の距離は、λg/12〜λg/6.5に設定されており、
前記電力管理モジュールの第2の側と前記第2の腕状部の縁との間の距離は、λg/16.4〜λg/9に設定されており、
ここでλgは、前記アンテナの受信周波数帯域の中心周波数における波長である、
ことを特徴とする、請求項24〜32のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 - 請求項1〜22のいずれか一項に記載のアンテナ装置と、請求項23〜33のいずれか一項に記載の装置とを備える、RFエネルギー捕集システム。
- 前記装置の前記電力管理モジュールから電気エネルギーを受け取って蓄積するように構成された電気エネルギー貯蔵ユニットを更に備える、請求項34に記載のRFエネルギー捕集システム。
