Claims (22)
- 複数の繊維と、複数の粒子と、化学バインダと、樹脂結合剤とからなる摩擦材料を含み、
前記粒子は前記摩擦材料の全体に渡って粒子群領域を成して凝集しており、前記粒子群領域の数量および配置により、粒子群領域の代わりに単一粒子を持つ組成物に比べ平均浸透率が2〜10倍まで増加することを特徴とする、生成物。 - 前記粒子は黒鉛粒子、珪藻土粒子、シリカ粒子、炭素粒子、炭化物粒子、セラミック粒子、カシュー油粒子、ゴム粒子、窒化物粒子、ニトリル粒子、フェノール粒子、ゼオライト粒子、またはアラミド粒子のうち少なくとも1種からなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の生成物。
- 前記粒子の粒径は10〜500μmの範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の生成物。
- 前記粒子の粒径は10〜150μmの範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の生成物。
- 前記摩擦材料は、アクリロニトリル、アクリル酸塩、ポリ酢酸ビニル、ポリ塩化ビニル、またはスチレン−ブタジエンのうち少なくとも1種からなる化学バインダを更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の生成物。
- 前記繊維は、アクリル、アラミド、炭素、セルロース、ガラス、鉱物(工学的加工)、ポリイミド、ポリビニルアルコール(PVA)、レーヨンのうち少なくとも1種からなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の生成物。
- 前記粒子は、粒径の範囲が20〜150μmの黒鉛粒子からなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の生成物。
- 前記粒子は、粒径の範囲が1〜40μmの珪藻土粒子からなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の生成物。
- 前記摩擦材料は5〜50μm範囲のサイズを有する気孔を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の生成物。
- 4μmより大きい気孔の比率は、前記摩擦材料の総気孔容積に対して0%〜50%であることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の生成物。
- 前記樹脂結合剤はエポキシ樹脂、フェノール樹脂、改質フェノール樹脂、シリコーン樹脂のうち少なくとも1種からなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の生成物。
- アラミド繊維と、炭素繊維と、黒鉛粒子と、珪藻土粒子とからなる摩擦材料を含み、
アラミド繊維の重量百分率は20%〜60%、炭素繊維の重量百分率は5%〜20%、前記黒鉛粒子の重量百分率は5%〜25%、前記珪藻土粒子の重量百分率は5%〜30%であり、前記黒鉛粒子および前記珪藻土粒子のうち少なくとも一方が凝集することを特徴とする、生成物。 - 前記珪藻土粒子の粒径は、1〜40μmの範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の生成物。
- 前記黒鉛粒子の粒径は、20〜150μmの範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の生成物。
- 前記摩擦材料は5〜50μm範囲のサイズを有する気孔を含むことを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の生成物。
- 4μmより大きい気孔の比率は、前記摩擦材料の総気孔容積に対して0%〜50%であることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の生成物。
- 前記黒鉛粒子および前記珪藻土粒子のうち少なくとも一方は、前記摩擦材料の全体に渡って粒子群領域を成して凝集しており、前記粒子群領域の数量および配置により、粒子群領域の代わりに単一粒子を持つ組成物に比べ平均浸透率が2〜10倍まで増加することを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の生成物。
- 前記摩擦材料は、アクリロニトリル、アクリル酸塩、ポリ酢酸ビニル、ポリ塩化ビニル、またはスチレン−ブタジエンのうち少なくとも1種からなる化学バインダを更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の生成物。
- 前記摩擦材料は、エポキシ樹脂、フェノール樹脂、改質フェノール樹脂、シリコーン樹脂のうち少なくとも1種からなる樹脂結合剤を更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の生成物。
- 複数の繊維と、化学バインダと、複数の結合粒子とを備える複数の結合群からなる摩擦材料を含み、
前記複数の結合群は、それぞれ10〜500μm範囲の半径を有することを特徴とする、生成物。 - 前記複数の結合群は、それぞれ10〜150μm範囲の半径を有することを特徴とする、請求項20に記載の生成物。
- 前記複数の結合群は、それぞれ不規則な形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項20に記載の生成物。
