Abstract
Description
a.未固結繊維層を調製すること、
b.ホイルと前記未固結繊維層をモールド中で積み重ねること、
c.団結化処理、好ましくは熱風、スチーム又は赤外線加熱によってキャビティ内の材料を団結化し、それによって使用されるバインダの助けを借りて、繊維を隣接する繊維に少なくとも部分的に接着させること、
d.場合により、冷却しそして製品成形領域からパッド層を解放すること。
すなわち、本発明の態様としては、以下を挙げることができる:
《態様1》
繊維と熱可塑性バインダとを含む多孔質繊維層、及び、一緒にラミネート化された空気透過性ホイルを含む、乗物用成形インナーダッシュトリム部品であって、前記繊維は、少なくとも2つのサイドから作られた複合縮れ繊維を含み、該2つのサイド間の差がランダムな三次元形態の固有永久縮れ又は湾曲形状を与え、かつ前記空気透過性ホイルは、トリム部品の総空気流抵抗の30〜75%の空気流抵抗を有する、乗物用成形インナーダッシュトリム部品。
《態様2》
前記縮れ繊維が、中空である、態様1に記載の成形インナーダッシュトリム部品。
《態様3》
前記トリム部品の総空気流抵抗が、500〜6000Ns.m -3 、好ましくは500〜4000Ns.m -3 、好ましくは1000〜4000Ns.m -3 である、態様1又は2に記載の成形インナーダッシュトリム部品。
《態様4》
前記縮れ繊維が、ポリアミド(ナイロン)、例えば、リアミド6又はポリアミド66、ポリエステル、例えばポリエステルのコポリマー又はポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)又はポリブチレンテレフタレート(PTB)又はポリトリメチレンテレフタレート(PTT)、ポリオレフィン、ポリプロピレン及びポリエチレン、例えばポリエチレンのコポリマーからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種の材料から作られている、態様1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の成形インナーダッシュトリム部品。
《態様5》
前記バインダが、ポリエステル、例えばポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリエステルのコポリマー、ポリオレフィン、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、ポリ乳酸(PLA)及びポリアミド、例えばポリアミド6又はポリアミド66からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種の材料から作られている、態様1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の成形インナーダッシュトリム部品。
《態様6》
前記多孔質繊維層が、200〜2000g.m -2 、好ましくは400〜1200g.m -2 、好ましくは500〜1000g.m -2 の面積質量を有する、態様1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の成形インナーダッシュトリム部品。
《態様7》
前記多孔質繊維層の密度が、様々な厚さで本質的に一定である、態様1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の成形インナーダッシュトリム部品。
《態様8》
前記繊維層が、10〜40%のバインダ、10〜70%のフィラー繊維及び10〜70%の縮れ繊維からなり、その合計量が100質量%になる、態様1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の成形インナーダッシュトリム部品。
《態様9》
前記繊維層は10〜40%のバインダ、10〜40%のフィラー繊維及び10〜60%の縮れ繊維及び10〜50%の細断フォーム片からなり、そしてその合計量が100質量%になる、態様1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の成形インナーダッシュトリム部品。
《態様10》
前記繊維が、無機繊維、好ましくはガラス繊維若しくは再生ガラス繊維若しくは玄武岩繊維若しくは炭素繊維うちの1種、又は、合成繊維をさらに含み、該合成繊維はポリアミド6又はポリアミド66などのポリアミド(ナイロン)、ポリエステル、例えばポリエステルのポリエステル又はポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)又はポリブチレンテレフタレート(PTB)又はポリトリメチレンテレフタレート(PTT)、ポリオレフィン、ポリプロピレン及びポリエチレン、例えばポリエチレンのコポリマーからなる群より選ばれる、態様1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の成形インナーダッシュトリム部品。
《態様11》
前記フィラー繊維が、再生繊維を含み、該再生繊維は綿再生糸、合成再生糸、ポリエステル再生糸、天然繊維再生糸及び混合合成繊維再生糸及び天然繊維再生糸からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種の材料から作られている、態様8〜10のいずれか一項に記載の成形インナーダッシュトリム部品。
《態様12》
前記ホイルが、ポリエステル、例えばポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)又はポリブチレンテレフタレート(PTB)又はコポリエステル(CoPES)、ポリアミド、例えばポリアミド6又はポリアミド66、ポリオレフィン、例えばポリエチレン(PE)又は低密度ポリエチレン(LDPE)又は線状低密度ポリエチレン(LLDPE)又は高密度ポリエチレン(HDPE)、エチレンアクリル酸コポリマー(EAA)、ポリプロピレン(PP)、熱可塑性エラストマー(TPE)、例えば熱可塑性ポリオレフィン(TPO)、熱可塑性ポリウレタン(TPU)、ポリエーテルイミド、ポリスルホン、ポリエーテルスルホン、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン及びコポリマー、例えばエチレンビニルアセテート(EVA)、又は、バイオポリマー、例えばポリ乳酸からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種のポリマー又はコポリマーを含む少なくとも1つのホイル層を含む、態様1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の成形インナーダッシュトリム部品。
《態様13》
前記ホイルに隣接した空気透過性装飾層をさらに含む、態様1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の成形インナーダッシュトリム部品。
《態様14》
以下の工程を含む、態様1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の成形インナーダッシュトリム部品を製造するための方法:
a.未固結繊維層を調製すること、
b.前記ホイルと前記未固結繊維層をモールド中で積み重ねること、
c.一体化処理、好ましくは熱風、スチーム又は赤外線加熱によって、キャビティ内の材料を一体化し、それによって材料繊維を隣接する繊維に少なくとも部分的に接着させること、
d.随意に、冷却しそして製品成形領域からパッド層を解放すること。
Claims (14)
- 繊維と熱可塑性バインダとを含む多孔質繊維層、及び、一緒にラミネート化された空気透過性ホイルを含む、乗物用成形インナーダッシュトリム部品であって、前記繊維は、少なくとも2つのサイドから作られた複合縮れ繊維を含み、該2つのサイド間の差がランダムな三次元形態の固有永久縮れ又は湾曲形状を与え、そして前記空気透過性ホイルは、トリム部品の総空気流抵抗の30〜75%の空気流抵抗を有する、乗物用成形インナーダッシュトリム部品。
- 前記縮れ繊維が、中空である、請求項1に記載の成形インナーダッシュトリム部品。
- 前記トリム部品の総空気流抵抗が、500〜6000Ns.m−3、好ましくは500〜4000Ns.m−3、好ましくは1000〜4000Ns.m−3である、請求項1又は2に記載の成形インナーダッシュトリム部品。
- 前記縮れ繊維が、ポリアミド(ナイロン)、例えば、リアミド6又はポリアミド66、ポリエステル、例えばポリエステルのコポリマー又はポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)又はポリブチレンテレフタレート(PTB)又はポリトリメチレンテレフタレート(PTT)、ポリオレフィン、ポリプロピレン及びポリエチレン、例えばポリエチレンのコポリマーからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種の材料から作られている、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の成形インナーダッシュトリム部品。
- 前記バインダが、ポリエステル、例えばポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリエステルのコポリマー、ポリオレフィン、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、ポリ乳酸(PLA)及びポリアミド、例えばポリアミド6又はポリアミド66からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種の材料から作られている、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の成形インナーダッシュトリム部品。
- 前記多孔質繊維層が、200〜2000g.m−2、好ましくは400〜1200g.m−2、好ましくは500〜1000g.m−2の面積質量を有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の成形インナーダッシュトリム部品。
- 前記多孔質繊維層の密度が、様々な厚さで本質的に一定である、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の成形インナーダッシュトリム部品。
- 前記繊維層が、10〜40%のバインダ、10〜70%のフィラー繊維及び10〜70%の縮れ繊維からなり、その合計量が100質量%になる、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の成形インナーダッシュトリム部品。
- 前記繊維層は10〜40%のバインダ、10〜40%のフィラー繊維及び10〜60%の縮れ繊維及び10〜50%の細断フォーム片からなり、そしてその合計量が100質量%になる、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の成形インナーダッシュトリム部品。
- 前記繊維が、無機繊維、好ましくはガラス繊維若しくは再生ガラス繊維若しくは玄武岩繊維若しくは炭素繊維うちの1種、又は、合成繊維をさらに含み、該合成繊維はポリアミド6又はポリアミド66などのポリアミド(ナイロン)、ポリエステル、例えばポリエステルのポリエステル又はポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)又はポリブチレンテレフタレート(PTB)又はポリトリメチレンテレフタレート(PTT)、ポリオレフィン、ポリプロピレン及びポリエチレン、例えばポリエチレンのコポリマーからなる群より選ばれる、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の成形インナーダッシュトリム部品。
- 前記フィラー繊維が、再生繊維を含み、該再生繊維は、綿再生糸、合成再生糸、ポリエステル再生糸、天然繊維再生糸及び混合合成繊維再生糸及び天然繊維再生糸からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種の材料から作られている、請求項8〜10のいずれか一項に記載の成形インナーダッシュトリム部品。
- 前記ホイルが、ポリエステル、例えばポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)又はポリブチレンテレフタレート(PTB)又はコポリエステル(CoPES)、ポリアミド、例えばポリアミド6又はポリアミド66、ポリオレフィン、例えばポリエチレン(PE)又は低密度ポリエチレン(LDPE)又は線状低密度ポリエチレン(LLDPE)又は高密度ポリエチレン(HDPE)、エチレンアクリル酸コポリマー(EAA)、ポリプロピレン(PP)、熱可塑性エラストマー(TPE)、例えば熱可塑性ポリオレフィン(TPO)、熱可塑性ポリウレタン(TPU)、ポリエーテルイミド、ポリスルホン、ポリエーテルスルホン、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン及びコポリマー、例えばエチレンビニルアセテート(EVA)、又は、バイオポリマー、例えばポリ乳酸からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種のポリマー又はコポリマーを含む少なくとも1つのホイル層を含む、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の成形インナーダッシュトリム部品。
- 前記ホイルに隣接した空気透過性装飾層をさらに含む、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の成形インナーダッシュトリム部品。
- 以下の工程を含む、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の成形インナーダッシュトリム部品を製造するための方法:
a.未固結繊維層を調製すること、
b.前記ホイルと前記未固結繊維層をモールド中で積み重ねること、
c.一体化処理、好ましくは熱風、スチーム又は赤外線加熱によって、キャビティ内の材料を一体化し、それによって材料繊維を隣接する繊維に少なくとも部分的に接着させること、
