Claims (5)
- 生体試料の搬送装置(5)を収容し、電動牽引装置(100)により作動される、一対のコンベヤベルト(4)を備えるラボラトリ自動化システムであって、
前記電動牽引装置(100)は、前記一対のベルト(4)を作動するよう構成された第一モータ及び第二モータ(111a、111b)と、各モータ(111a、111b)に連繋したソフトウェアドライバにより、前記モータ(111a、111b)の同時又は交互の作動を制御するよう構成された中央制御ユニット(50)とを有し、
前記中央制御ユニット(50)は、前記第一モータ(111a)の作動の不具合の発生を識別するとともに、前記一対のベルトの送出機能を前記第二モータ(111b)に自動的に切替えることが可能であり、
モータ(111a、111b)の突然の故障だけでなく、モータ(111a、111b)が故障する前に、前記中央制御ユニット(50)のレベルで適切な警告が出されるよう構成可能な前記モータ(111a、111b)のいくつかの特定パラメータについて閾値を超える場合、前記切替が強制的に実行され、
前記中央制御ユニット(50)は、時間と共に前記特定パラメータに関連するデータ及び情報を処理し、前記モータ(111a、111b)の決定的な故障が最も多く発生した過去の状況を判別し、前記モータの挙動に関する過去の情報に応じて前記閾値を更新することで、前記システムを停止させるような前記モータ(111a、111b)の完全な故障状況を回避し、更に他方のモータ(111b、111a)への予防的な切替を実行するよう構成され、
長期運転において、前記中央制御ユニット(50)は、任意の状況発生において適宜対応できるよう、適正な「挙動ルール」を自律的に生成することを特徴とするラボラトリ自動化システム。 - 前記電動牽引装置(100)は、第一プーリ、第二プーリ及び第三プーリ(112a、112b、112c)を備え、前記第一プーリ及び前記第二プーリ(112a、112b)は、それぞれ係合可能なフリーホィール(118a、118b)により、前記第一モータ及び前記第二モータ(111a、111b)のそれぞれに選択的に接続され、第一ベルト(113)は前記第一プーリ及び前記第三プーリ(112a、112c)に掛けられ、第二ベルト(114)は前記第一プーリ及び前記第二プーリ(112a、112b)に掛けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記係合可能なフリーホィール(118a、118b)は、前記第一プーリ及び前記第二プーリ(112a、112b)と一体化され、前記第一モータ及び前記第二モータ(111a、111b)の各シャフト(122a、122b)によって選択的な送出が可能であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記第三プーリ(112c)は、更なるベルト(116)を作動させ、該ベルト(116)はアイドルプーリ(117a、117b、117c)上に載置されることでディスク(110)を回転させ、搬送装置(5)の動作反転装置(11)を作動させることを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載のシステム。
- 前記第三プーリ(112c)は、その回転を制御することで前記一対のベルト(4)のゴム被覆牽引ローラ(115)に接続されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のシステム。
