Abstract
Description
実施例1〜12は、本明細書に開示される実施形態にしたがって作製されたガラス組成物を示す。以下の表1に列挙される成分の所望のモル%を得るように原料を混合することによって、ガラス組成物を調製した。原料には、砂、アルミナ、メタリン酸アルミニウム、炭酸ナトリウム、炭酸カリウム、マグネシア、および石灰石が含まれていた。2,500gのこれらの原料のバッチを混合し、カバーされた白金るつぼ中で、1,650℃で一晩溶融し、次に、清浄なスチールテーブル上に注いだ。次に、得られた溶融物を、600〜625℃で一晩焼き鈍した。ガラス物品を成形した後、それらを、測定された焼鈍し温度で一晩熱処理し、8時間にわたって410℃、430℃、または450℃のいずれかの温度の100%の精製されたKNO3の浴に曝した。表面圧縮応力および圧縮応力層の深さ(DOL)を含むガラスの様々な特性を測定した。それらの測定の結果が、以下の表1に示される。圧縮応力(CS)および層深さ(DOL)を、各ガラス組成物のために補正した応力光係数を用いて、Orihara FSMを用いて測定した。
比較例1〜18は、本明細書に開示される実施形態の範囲内でないガラス組成物を示す。比較例1〜18のガラス組成物を、以下の表2に列挙される成分を用いたことを除いて、実施例1〜12と同じように調製した。実施例1〜12と同様に、比較例1〜18の様々な特性を測定し、それらの測定の結果が以下の表2に示される。
Claims (10)
- ガラス物品において、
約40モル%以上〜約68モル%以下のSiO2;
約11モル%以下のAl2O3;
を含み、
約1:1以上〜約2:1以下のR2O:R’Oモル比;
約0.6:1以上〜約1.8:1以下のMgO:CaOモル比;および
前記ガラス物品の少なくとも1つの面における圧縮応力層であって、約800MPa以上、好ましくは、約950MPa以上〜約1,500MPa以下の圧縮応力を有する圧縮応力層;
を有することを特徴とするガラス物品。 - 前記圧縮応力層の深さが、約20μm以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガラス物品。
- 前記圧縮応力層の前記深さが、約80μm以下であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のガラス物品。
- 約4モル%以上〜約9モル%以下のMgO;
約57モル%以上〜約65モル%以下のSiO2;
約2.5モル%以上〜約8モル%以下のCaO;
約12モル%以上〜約20モル%以下のNa2O;
約1モル%以上〜約3.5モル%以下のK2O;および
約7モル%以上のAl2O3
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のガラス物品。 - 約0:1以上〜約0.1:1以下のP2O5:R’Oモル比を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のガラス物品。
- 約0.001モル%以上〜約0.200モル%以下のSnO2を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のガラス物品。
- 約1.3:1以上〜約2.3:1以下のR2O:Al2O3モル比を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のガラス物品。
- 前記ガラス物品が約10,000ポアズ(1,000Pa・s)の粘度を有する温度が、約1,000℃以上〜約1,200℃以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のガラス物品。
- 前記ガラス物品のナトリウムとカリウムとの相互拡散率が、410℃でイオン交換される際、約1.4×10−11cm2/s以上〜約4.0×10−11cm2/s以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のガラス物品。
- 約540kgf/mm2以上〜約640kgf/mm2以下のビッカース硬度を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のガラス物品。
