Abstract
Description
a)前記少なくとも1つのポンプを用いて、前記圧送管路部分内に存在する液体を通常の搬送方向とは逆方向に吸入し戻すステップ
b)前記吸入し戻し中に、当該吸入し戻し中の前記少なくとも1つのポンプの動作に抗する逆圧を表す、当該少なくとも1つのポンプの少なくとも1つの動作パラメータを監視するステップ
c)前記逆圧の上昇を判定し、前記吸入し戻しを停止するステップ。
d)フィルタ層に再び液体が完全に充填されるまで、当該液体を通常の搬送方向に搬送するステップ
を更に実施すると、特に有利である。

Claims (7)
- 液体を搬送する装置(1)を動作させる方法であって、
前記装置(1)は搬送管路(2)を有し、
前記搬送管路(2)は、
タンク(7)内のフィルタチャンバ(6)から少なくとも1つのポンプ(3)までの吸入管路部分(4)と、
当該少なくとも1つのポンプ(3)から少なくとも1つのインジェクタ(8)までの圧送管路部分(5)と
に分けることができ、
前記フィルタチャンバ(6)は少なくとも1つのフィルタ層(9)によって、前記タンク(7)の内部空間(10)から分離されており、
前記方法は、
a)前記少なくとも1つのポンプ(3)を用いて、前記圧送管路部分(5)内に存在する液体を通常の搬送方向(11)とは逆方向に吸入し戻すステップと、
b)前記吸入し戻し中に、当該吸入し戻し中の前記少なくとも1つのポンプ(3)の動作に対する逆圧を表す、当該少なくとも1つのポンプ(3)の少なくとも1つの動作パラメータを監視するステップと、
c)前記逆圧の上昇を判定し、前記吸入し戻しを停止するステップと
を有することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記ステップc)の後にさらに、少なくとも、
d)前記フィルタチャンバ(6)に再び液体が完全に充填されるまで、当該液体を通常の搬送方向(11)に搬送するステップ
を行う、
請求項1記載の方法。 - 液体が種々の高さで前記内部空間(10)から前記フィルタチャンバ(6)内へ流入できるように、前記少なくとも1つのフィルタ層(9)は、前記タンク(7)の高さ(13)の少なくとも一部区間(12)にわたって延在する、
請求項1または2記載の方法。 - 前記搬送管路の前記吸入管路部分(4)は、前記フィルタチャンバ(6)の上部分(14)を起点とする、
請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 - 前記フィルタチャンバ(6)は、前記少なくとも1つのポンプ(3)を含む筐体(16)を前記タンク(7)の前記内部空間(10)から隔絶する外被(15)を成し、
前記筐体(16)内にさらに、前記液体を加熱するための少なくとも1つのヒータ(17)が配置されている、
請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 - 前記ステップb)において監視される、前記ポンプ(3)の動作パラメータは、
・前記ポンプ(3)の駆動装置(18)によって消費される電力
・前記ポンプ(3)の駆動装置(18)によって消費される電流
・前記ポンプ(3)の駆動装置(18)によって消費される動作電圧
・前記ポンプ(3)の駆動装置(18)の運動速度
・前記ポンプ(3)が前記吸入し戻し時に前記吸入管路部分(4)において生じさせる圧力または圧力勾配
のうち少なくとも1つである、
請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 - 少なくとも内燃機関(20)と、当該内燃機関(20)の排ガスを浄化するための排ガス処理装置(21)と、当該排ガス処理装置(21)へ液体を搬送する装置とを備えた自動車(19)であって、
前記装置(1)は、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法に従って動作するように構成されている
ことを特徴とする自動車(19)。
