Claims (13)
- 還元剤(18)、特に尿素又は尿素水溶液を、当該還元剤(18)を蓄えるためのタンク(12、14)と、搬送機構(32)と、充填レベルセンサ(50)と、調量モジュール(38)と、を備えた内燃機関の排気管内に導入する調量システム(10)であって、前記タンク(40)は、車両特有の構成要素(60)、特に燃料タンク(68)に組み込まれた一体型タンクであることを特徴とする、調量システム(10)。
- 前記一体型タンク(40)は、体積が2リットル〜10リットルの還元剤(18)を蓄えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の調量システム(10)。
- 前記車両特有の構成要素(60)は、洗浄水タンクであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の調量システム(10)。
- 前記一体型タンク(40)は、前記車両特有の構成要素(60)の開口部(74)にはめ込まれ、当該開口部(74)内で固定され密閉されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の調量システム(10)。
- 前記一体型タンク(40)は、前記車両特有の構成要素(60)、特に前記燃料タンク(68)の凹所(78)内に収容されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の調量システム(10)。
- 前記一体型タンク(40)は、前記車両特有の構成要素内(60)、特に前記燃料タンク(68)内に成型された一体型タンク(80)であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の調量システム(10)。
- 成型された前記一体型タンク(80)は、画定壁(82)によって、前記車両特有の構成要素(60)内に蓄えられる前記媒体から隔てられ、前記画定壁(82)は、前記車両特有の構成要素、特に前記燃料タンク(68)の壁(72)の一部であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の調量システム(10)。
- 前記一体型タンク(40)又は前記成型されたタンク(68)内に蓄えられた還元剤(18)は、前記燃料タンク(68)内へと逆流する温まった燃料によって加熱されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の調量システム(10)。
- 前記搬送機構(32)は、前記戻り管(86)内を前記燃料タンク(68)へと逆流する温まった前記燃料によって加熱されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の調量システム(10)。
- 逆流する燃料(88)は、前記一体型タンク(40)又は前記成型された一体型タンク(80)の前記壁(44)に沿って流入し、前記一体型タンク(40、80)の下方の回収槽(92)内に溜まることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の調量システム(10)。
- 還元剤(18)を搬送するための前記吸込ランス管(26)は、前記温まった燃料を案内する燃料用の戻り管(86)によって加熱されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の調量システム(10)。
- 前記吸込ランス管(26)の入口側開口部(94)は、前記一体型タンク(40)又は前記成型された一体型タンク(80)の底斜面(90)の最も深い箇所の上方に存在することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の調量システム(10)。
- 前記一体型タンク(40)は、発熱素子を含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の調量システム(10)。
