Abstract

本发明属于整车使用的汽车用油箱部件,具体涉及一种新型的集成式油箱,包括柴油箱和尿素箱,所述尿素箱位于柴油箱内部,所述柴油箱上设有柴油加注口和尿素加注口,所述尿素加注口连通至所述尿素箱;所述柴油箱上还设有柴油出油口和柴油回油口,以及连通至尿素箱的尿素出液口、尿素回液口、尿素液位和温度传感器。本发明的尿素箱集成在整车油箱之中,在带寒环境下柴油油箱中相应标号柴油充溢在尿素箱周围,防止低温情况下尿素结晶,且在发动机工作后,利用吸收油泵做工后的柴油回油对尿素加热,消除尿素结晶现象,不需要使用发动机循环水或电阻丝加热。

技术领域
本发明属于整车使用的汽车用油箱部件,具体涉及一种新型的集成式油箱。
背景技术
为了满足日益严格的整车排放法规,整车后处理系统选择的SCR(选择催化还原)系统,其工作原理是将还原剂(尿素)喷入排气管,使排气中的氮氧化合物在催化器作用下与还原剂反应被还原成氮气和水。因为尿素的结晶冰点为-11℃,一般情况下为了解决结晶问题,使用发动机循环水或电阻丝加热。这种加热方式需外接能源,设备成本较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种能够有效避免汽车上用于净化尾气的尿素结晶的集成式油箱。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了以下技术方案:一种集成式油箱,包括柴油箱和尿素箱,所述尿素箱位于柴油箱内部,所述柴油箱上设有柴油加注口和尿素加注口,所述尿素加注口连通至所述尿素箱;所述柴油箱上还设有柴油出油口和柴油回油口,以及连通至尿素箱的尿素出液口、尿素回液口、尿素液位和温度传感器。
所述尿素箱的外壁上均布有导热翅片,导热翅片的两端分别与尿素箱外壁和柴油箱内壁焊接固定。
所述翅片与尿素箱的外壁垂直。
所述尿素箱靠近柴油箱的一端设置。
所述柴油加注口和尿素加注口位于柴油箱顶壁与其中一侧壁的拐角处。
所述柴油箱外壁上设有加强筋。
本发明的技术效果在于:尿素箱集成在整车油箱之中,在带寒环境下柴油油箱中相应标号柴油充溢在尿素箱周围,防止低温情况下尿素结晶,且在发动机工作后,利用吸收油泵做功后的柴油回油对尿素加热,消除尿素结晶现象,不需要使用循环水或电阻丝加热。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明进行详细的描述。
如图1~3所示,一种集成式油箱,包括柴油箱10和尿素箱20,所述尿素箱20位于柴油箱10内部,所述柴油箱10上设有柴油加注口11和尿素加注口21,所述尿素加注口21连通至所述尿素箱20;所述柴油箱10上还设有柴油出油口12和柴油回油口13,以及连通至尿素箱20的尿素出液口22、尿素回液口23、尿素液位和温度传感器24。所述尿素箱20的外壁上均布有导热翅片30,导热翅片30的两端分别与尿素箱20外壁和柴油箱10内壁焊接固定。所述导热翅片30与尿素箱20的外壁垂直。所述尿素箱20靠近柴油箱10的一端设置。所述柴油加注口11和尿素加注口21位于柴油箱10顶壁与其中一侧壁的拐角处。所述柴油箱10外壁上设有加强筋。尿素箱20集成在整车油箱之中,在带寒环境下柴油油箱中相应标号柴油充溢在尿素箱20周围,防止低温情况下尿素结晶,且在发动机工作后,利用吸收油泵做工后的柴油回油对尿素加热,消除尿素结晶现象,不需要使用发动机循环水或电阻丝加热。

1.一种集成式油箱,其特征在于:包括柴油箱和尿素箱,所述尿素箱位于柴油箱内部,所述柴油箱上设有柴油加注口和尿素加注口,所述尿素加注口连通至所述尿素箱;所述柴油箱上还设有柴油出油口和柴油回油口,以及连通至尿素箱的尿素出液口、尿素回液口、尿素液位和温度传感器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的集成式油箱,其特征在于:所述尿素箱的外壁上均布有导热翅片,导热翅片的两端分别与尿素箱外壁和柴油箱内壁焊接固定。
3.根据权利要去2所述的集成式油箱,其特征在于:所述导热翅片与尿素箱的外壁垂直。
4.根据权利要求1所述的集成式油箱,其特征在于:所述尿素箱靠近柴油箱的一端设置。
5.根据权利要求1所述的集成式油箱,其特征在于:所述柴油加注口和尿素加注口位于柴油箱顶壁与其中一侧壁的拐角处。
6.根据权利要求1所述的集成式油箱,其特征在于:所述柴油箱外壁上设有加强筋。
