Claims (21)
- 外科手術用バーにおいて、
本体であって、該本体が、複数の縦溝であって、該縦溝が夫々、切刃部と、掬い面と、隙間面とを備える、前記複数の縦溝と、複数のランド部であって、該ランド部の各々が凸型形状をしており、かつ1対の複数の縦溝の間に配設された前記複数のランド部とを備える、前記本体と、
複数の軸方向逃げ面を備えるドリル先端部であって、該複数の軸方向逃げ面が夫々、平面状面を有し、ランド部と相違し、かつ(i)切刃部1つの末端部分と、(ii)ランド部の1つと、(iii)隙間面の1つと境を接する、前記ドリル先端部と、
を備える、外科手術用バー。 - 請求項1に記載の外科手術用バーにおいて、前記切刃部の末端部分のドリル先端角は、140度−160度の範囲内にある、外科手術用バー。
- 請求項1に記載の外科手術用バーにおいて、前記軸方向逃げ面の軸方向逃げ角は夫々、5度−25度の範囲内にある、外科手術用バー。
- 請求項1に記載の外科手術用バーにおいて、前記軸方向逃げ面は、平面状面であり、かつ中心点にて交わる、外科手術用バー。
- 請求項1に記載の外科手術用バーにおいて、
前記切刃部の末端部分のドリル先端角は夫々、140度―160°の範囲内にあり、
前記軸方向逃げ面の軸方向逃がし角は夫々、5度−25度の範囲内にある、外科手術用バー。 - 請求項1に記載の外科手術用バーにおいて、
前記軸方向逃げ面は、三角形状であり、かつ2つの真直状切刃部と、湾曲形切刃部とを備え、
前記複数の軸方向逃げ面の前記湾曲形切刃部は夫々、前記複数のランド部のそれぞれ1つと境を接する、外科手術用バー。 - 請求項1に記載の外科手術用バーにおいて、
前記平面状領域は、円形状である、外科手術用バー。 - 請求項1に記載の外科手術用バーにおいて、
前記複数の軸方向がし面の少なくとも1つの軸方向逃げ角は、所定の角度と等しいか又はそれより小さく、前記外科手術用バーは、回転する間、第一の型式の表面を切削するが、第二の型式の表面は切削しない傾向であり、
前記第一の型式の面は、第一の硬さを有し、
前記第二の型式の面は、前記第一の面より小さい第二の硬さを有する、外科手術用バー。 - 請求項1に記載の外科手術用バーにおいて、
前記複数の縦溝は、対向しない縦溝であり、
前記複数の軸方向逃げ面は、ブリッジ部を介して接続される、外科手術用バー。 - 請求項1に記載の外科手術用バーにおいて、
本体であって、該本体が、複数の縦溝であって、該縦溝が夫々、切刃部と、掬い面と、隙間面とを備える、前記複数の縦溝と、複数のランド部であって、該ランド部が夫々、1対の複数の縦溝の間に配設された前記複数のランド部と、を備える、前記本体と、
複数の軸方向逃げ面を備えるドリル先端部であって、該複数の軸方向逃げ面が夫々、ランド部と相違し、かつ(i)切刃部の1つの末端部分と、(ii)ランドの1つと、(iii)隙間面の1つと境を接し、前記複数の軸方向逃げ面の少なくとも1つの軸方向逃げ角は、所定の範囲内にある、前記ドリル先端部と、
を備える、外科手術用バー。 - 請求項10に記載の外科手術用バーにおいて、
前記複数のランド部は夫々、凸型形状であり、
前記複数の軸方向逃げ面は夫々、平面状面である、外科手術用バー。 - 請求項10に記載の外科手術用バーにおいて、
複数の軸方向逃げ面の少なくとも1つの軸方向逃げ角は、所定の角度と等しいか又はそれより小さく、前記外科手術用バーは、回転する間、第一の型式の表面を切削するが、第二の型式の表面は切削しない傾向であり、
前記第一の型式の面は、第一の硬さを有し、
前記第二の型式の面は、前記第一の面より小さい第二の硬さを有する、外科手術用バー。 - 請求項10に記載の外科手術用バーにおいて、
前記複数の軸方向逃げ面の軸方向逃がし角は、25度と等しいか又はそれおり小さい、外科手術用バー。 - 請求項10に記載の外科手術用バーにおいて、
前記軸方向逃げ面の軸方向逃げ角は夫々、5度−25度の範囲内にある、外科手術用バー。 - 請求項10に記載の外科手術用バーにおいて、
前記切刃部の末端部分のドリル先端角は夫々、140度―160°の範囲内にある、外科手術用バー。 - 請求項10に記載の外科手術用バーにおいて、

を備える、外科手術用バー。 - 請求項17に記載の外科手術用バーにおいて、
ドリル先端角は、所定の角度以内にあり、前記外科手術用バーは、回転する間、第一の型式の表面を切削するが、第二の型式の表面は切削しない傾向であり、
前記第一の型式の面は、第一の硬さを有し、
前記第二の型式の面は、前記第一の面より小さい第二の硬さを有する、外科手術用バー。 - 請求項18に記載の外科手術用バーにおいて、
