Abstract
Description
本願は、2013年4月5日に提出された代理人整理番号がP55499Zである米国仮特許出願第61/809,157号の便益を主張し、同仮特許出願を参照により組み込む。 複数のデバイスツーデバイス(D2D)無線通信技術が、多様な設定において複数のモバイルデバイスおよびネットワーク間の複数のピアツーピアまたはポイントツーポイント(P2P)通信、若しくは複数のマシンタイプ通信を実行するのに用いられ得る。複数のモバイルデバイス間の複数のD2D通信は、無線基地局からの集中化された複数の通信、例えば、キャリアネットワーク内の進化型Node B(eNode B)からの集中化された複数の局−モバイル間通信の利用を補足するよう設計され得る。
Claims (27)
- 日付ウィンドウパラメータと、第2UEの識別情報と、近接性検出リクエストが前記第2UEの近接性検出のためのものであるか、または、前記第2UEとのD2D接続を確立するためのものであるかを示す近接性検出信号とを含む前記近接性検出リクエストの通信を進化型パケットコア(EPC)に対して行い、前記日付ウィンドウパラメータに基づき選択された日付に近接性アラートメッセージを前記EPCから受信するコンピュータ回路を備える、デバイスツーデバイス(D2D)ネットワーク内で通信を行うユーザ機器(UE)。
- 前記近接性アラートメッセージは、前記第2UEとの前記UEのD2D通信のための支援情報を含む、請求項1に記載のコンピュータ回路。
- さらに、前記第2UEに関する前記支援情報を用いてD2D接続を確立するための発見メッセージを前記第2UEへ送信する、請求項2に記載のコンピュータ回路。
- 前記日付ウィンドウパラメータは、前記D2Dネットワーク内で前記第2UEと複数の通信を確立するための時刻、曜日、ひと月のうちの週、または1年のうちの月を含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のコンピュータ回路。
- 前記近接性検出リクエストは位置ウィンドウパラメータを含む、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のコンピュータ回路。
- 前記位置ウィンドウパラメータは選択された地理的設定である、請求項5に記載のコンピュータ回路。
- 前記選択された地理的設定は、選択された位置タイプ、前記UEの現在位置情報、前記第2UEの現在位置情報、選択された商業環境の設定、前記UEに隣接する選択された半径に関する半径設定、前記第2UEに隣接する選択された半径に関する半径設定、選択された州の設定、選択された市の設定、選択された地域設定、選択されたランドマーク設定、選択されたランドマークタイプ設定、周囲タイプ設定、選択された構造位置設定、位置境界設定、基準点設定、または基準点を囲む半径に関する半径設定を含む、請求項6に記載のコンピュータ回路。
- 前記近接性検出リクエストは、複数のUE、1または複数の選択されたタイプの複数のUE、1または複数の選択されたUE群、または、1または複数の選択されたカテゴリの複数のUEに関する識別情報を含む、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のコンピュータ回路。
- 前記日付ウィンドウパラメータは、前記D2Dネットワーク内の他の複数のUEの近接性検出のための、または、前記D2Dネットワーク内の前記UEと前記他の複数のUEとの間で複数のD2D通信を確立するための複数の時刻、曜日、ひと月の内の週、または1年のうちの月を含む、請求項8に記載のコンピュータ回路。
- さらに、D2D通信接続を用いて前記第2UEと直接的に通信を行う、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のコンピュータ回路。
- 前記D2D通信接続は、ワイヤレスローカルエリアネットワーク(WLAN)接続、ワイヤレスフィディリティ(WiFi(登録商標))直接接続、Bluetooth(登録商標)接続、またはZigbee(登録商標)接続である、請求項10に記載のコンピュータ回路。
- 第1UEからの近接性検出リクエストのウィンドウパラメータに基づき前記第1UEおよび第2UEに関する近接性検出を実行し、
前記ウィンドウパラメータの間に、前記第1UEに関する識別情報を含む近接性検出許可リクエストの通信を前記第2UEに対して行い、
前記第2UEから近接性検出許可応答を受信し、
近接性アラートメッセージの通信を前記第1UEに対して行う
コンピュータ回路を備える、デバイスツーデバイス(D2D)ネットワーク内でユーザ機器(UE)が通信を行うのを支援する進化型パケットコア(EPC)におけるネットワーク要素。 - 前記近接性検出許可リクエストは、前記第1UEの発見を実行するためのタイミング情報を含む、請求項12に記載のコンピュータ回路。
- 前記近接性アラートメッセージは、前記第2UEに関する接続情報と、前記第2UEの発見を実行するためのタイミング情報とを含む、請求項12または13に記載のコンピュータ回路。
- さらに、ウィンドウパラメータと、前記第2UEに関する識別情報と、前記近接性検出リクエストが前記第2UEの近接性検出のためのものであるか、前記第1UEと前記第2UEとの間でD2D接続を確立するためのものであるかを示す近接性検出信号とを含む前記近接性検出リクエストを前記第1UEから受信する、請求項12から14のいずれか一項に記載のコンピュータ回路。
- さらに、ウィンドウパラメータと、前記第2UEに関する識別情報とを含む所与の近接性検出リクエストを格納する、請求項12から15のいずれか一項に記載のコンピュータ回路。
- 前記ウィンドウパラメータは日付ウィンドウパラメータまたは位置ウィンドウパラメータを含む、請求項12から16のいずれか一項に記載のコンピュータ回路。
- さらに、前記近接性検出を実行するための前記位置ウィンドウパラメータ内に前記第1UEがあるときを前記第1UEが判断するための位置情報を受信する、請求項17に記載のコンピュータ回路。
- さらに、全地球測位システム(GPS)、信号の三角測量法、ビーコン信号、セルカバレッジベースの測位、観察到着時間差(observed time difference of arrival(OTDOA))測位、拡張型観察時間差(enhanced observed time difference(E−OTD))測位、アシステッド全地球ナビゲーション衛星システム(assisted−global navigation satellite system(A−GNSS))測位、またはアップリンク到着時間差(uplink time difference of arrival(UTDOA))測位を用いて前記第1UEまたは前記第2UEの位置を判断する、請求項17または18に記載のコンピュータ回路。
- さらに、複数のウィンドウパラメータ選択オプションを前記第1UEに提供する、請求項12から19のいずれか一項に記載のコンピュータ回路。
- さらに、実質的にリアルタイムで、前記第2UEが前記第1UEの選択された半径内にあるときをモニタリングする、請求項12から20のいずれか一項に記載のコンピュータ回路。
- 位置ウィンドウパラメータと、第2UEの識別情報と、近接性検出リクエストが前記第2UEの近接性検出のためのものであるか、または、前記第2UEとのD2D接続を確立するためのものであるかを示す検出信号とを含む前記近接性検出リクエストの通信を進化型パケットコア(EPC)に対して行う段階と、
前記位置ウィンドウパラメータに基づき選択された日付に近接性アラートメッセージを前記EPCから受信する段階と
を備える、ユーザ機器(UE)がデバイスツーデバイス(D2D)ネットワーク内で通信を行うのを支援するための方法。 - 前記第2UEに関する支援情報を用いてD2D接続を確立するための発見メッセージを前記第2UEへ送信する段階をさらに備える、請求項22に記載の方法。
- 前記近接性検出リクエストは日付ウィンドウパラメータを含む、請求項22または23に記載の方法。
- 前記位置ウィンドウパラメータまたは前記日付ウィンドウパラメータは定期的なイベントである、請求項24に記載の方法。
- 前記UEが前記位置ウィンドウパラメータまたは前記日付ウィンドウパラメータ内にあるときに前記近接性検出リクエストに基づき近接性イベントが起こるときを前記EPCが判断することを停止させる近接性検出キャンセルリクエストの通信を前記EPCに対して行う段階をさらに備える、請求項24または25に記載の方法。
- ユーザ入力情報から近接性検出リクエスト情報を前記UEにおいて受信する段階をさらに備える、請求項22から26のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
