Abstract
Description
(a)ビスマス及びニッケルの塩又はビスマス及びコバルトの塩、好ましくはビスマス及びニッケルの塩を含有する第一の水溶液を製造する工程;
(b)モリブデン化合物、場合によっては、及びバインダーを含有する第二の水溶液を製造する工程;
(c)前記第一の水溶液を前記第二の水溶液に添加する工程であって、その際、第一の懸濁液を形成させる、工程;
(d)前記第一の懸濁液に第二の懸濁液を添加する工程であって、その際、該第二の懸濁液が、0.1〜10ml/gの範囲の細孔容積及び3〜20μmの範囲の粒度を有するSiO2を含有する、工程;及び
(e)200〜600℃の範囲の温度で第三の懸濁液を噴霧か焼して、ビスマス−モリブデン−ニッケル−混合酸化物又はビスマス−モリブデン−コバルト−混合酸化物、好ましくは、ビスマス−モリブデン−ニッケル−混合酸化物を含有する複合材料を得る、工程。
(a)本発明のウォッシュコート懸濁液の製造に従って、複合材料の水性懸濁液を製造する工程;
(b)工程(a)で製造された水性懸濁液で担体を被覆する工程;及び
(c)該被覆された担体を、500〜700℃、好ましくは550〜650℃、より好ましくは590〜620℃の範囲、そして最も好ましくは約610℃の温度でか焼する工程。
5リットルのビーカー中に、0.727kgの蒸留水を仕込み、そして60℃に加熱する。引き続いて、1.02kgの硝酸鉄無水和物(Honeywell;Lot: B1960)を添加する。さらに加熱することなく、引き続いて、2.37kgの硝酸ニッケル−六水和物(ALFA Aesar; Lot: 61101000)及び0.62kgの硝酸マグネシウム−六水和物((Honeywell; Lot: 90140)を添加し、そしてそれらが同様に溶解するまで撹拌する。再度50℃に加熱した後、0.039kgの1M KOH(Merck; Lot: HC111978)を添加する。水酸化カリウムの添加後、茶色の沈殿物が見られるが、それはすぐに再び溶解する。引き続いて、0.3kgの硝酸ビスマス−五水和物(ALFA Aesar; Lot: 42060004)を添加する。その溶液を、約12時間、35℃において撹拌する。

製造の第一の工程において、2.20gのGeniosil GF95 (Wacker GD18168)及び1.69gの1M水酸化カリウム溶液を、200mlの蒸留水中に加える。
4.5mmの大きさのステアタイト球(EXACER #N.27/11)200gを、Innojet社のAircoater 025中で空気と共に、流動床を形成するまで渦流させ、その際、処理空気の温度は90℃である。引き続いて、ノズル圧1.0バールで、200g当たりの噴霧速度4g/分で、例2で製造したウォッシュコート懸濁液を、被覆すべき担体に噴霧した。
最初に、ドイツ国特許第10 2008 017 308号(特許文献1)の例2に従って、ビスマス−モリブデン−混合酸化物粉末を製造した。
最初に、例1に従って複合材料を製造したが、細孔形成剤は使用せず、そして、IBU−tec社のパルス型リアクター中でのか焼に代えて、か焼炉中でか焼を行った点が相違する。
最初に、例1に従って複合材料を製造したが、この場合、細孔形成剤を使用しなかった点が相違する。そのようにして製造した複合材料から、例2に従ってウォッシュコート懸濁液を製造したが、この場合も細孔形成剤を加えなかった点が相違する。
例3による本発明の被覆された触媒及び比較例1〜3による個体の押出し型触媒を、プロペンからアクロレイン又はアクリル酸に転化する際のそれら触媒の性能に関して調査した。この場合、供給された組成物は、8.0体積%の水、9.0%のプロペン及び14.4%の酸素であり、その際、残部は不活性ガスであった。その際の全流量は、触媒装置の各管当たり78ml/分であった。
Claims (16)
- 複合材料を製造する方法であって、次の工程、すなわち、
(a)ビスマス及びニッケルの塩又はビスマス及びコバルトの塩を含有する第一の水溶液を製造する工程;
(b)モリブデン化合物、場合によっては、及びバインダーを含有する第二の水溶液を製造する工程;
(c)前記第一の水溶液を前記第二の水溶液に添加する工程であって、その際、第一の懸濁液を形成させる、工程;
(d)第三の懸濁液の形成下に、前記第一の懸濁液に第二の懸濁液を添加する工程であって、その際、該第二の懸濁液が、0.1〜10ml/gの範囲の細孔容積及び3〜20μmの範囲の平均粒度を有するSiO2を含有する、工程;及び
(e)200〜600℃の範囲の温度で第三の懸濁液を噴霧か焼して、ビスマス−モリブデン−ニッケル−混合酸化物又はビスマス−モリブデン−コバルト−混合酸化物、好ましくは、ビスマス−モリブデン−ニッケル−混合酸化物を含有する複合材料を得る工程、
を含む、上記の方法。 - 工程(a)において、前記第一の水溶液が、マグネシウムの塩及び/又は鉄の塩を追加的に含有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程(a)において、前記第一の水溶液がカリウム化合物を含有する、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 工程(b)において、前記第二の水溶液が、バインダーを追加的に含有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 工程(d)における前記第二の懸濁液に加えて、前記第一の懸濁液にも沈降剤を追加的に添加する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- ビスマス−モリブデン−ニッケル−混合酸化物及びSiO2を含有する複合材料であって、その際、該SiO2が、0.1〜10ml/gの範囲の細孔容積及び3〜20μmの範囲の平均粒度を有する、上記の複合材料。
- 請求項6に記載の複合材料の、ウォッシュコート懸濁液を製造するための使用。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載の複合材料及び水を含有するウォッシュコート懸濁液。
- 被覆された触媒を製造する方法であって、次の工程、すなわち、
(a)請求項8に記載のウォッシュコート懸濁液を製造する工程;
(b)工程(a)で製造されたウォッシュコート懸濁液で担体を被覆する工程;及び
(c)前記被覆された担体を、500〜700℃の範囲の温度でか焼する工程、
を含む、上記の方法。 - 工程(a)においてウォッシュコート懸濁液を製造する際に、バインダーが追加的に添加される、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 工程(a)において製造されたウォッシュコート懸濁液を、循環運動に供される担体の床上に噴霧することによって、前記担体を被覆する工程が遂行される、請求項9又は10に記載の方法。
- 担体及び該担体上の触媒的に活性なシェルを含む、被覆された触媒であって、その際、該触媒的に活性なシェルが、SiO2及びビスマス−モリブデン−ニッケル−混合酸化物又はビスマス−モリブデン−コバルト−混合酸化物を含有し、その際、該SiO2が、0.1〜10ml/gの範囲の細孔容積及び3〜20μmの範囲の平均粒度を有する、上記の被覆された触媒。
- 前記触媒的に活性なシェルの多孔度が60%超である、請求項12に記載の被覆された触媒。
- 前記触媒的に活性なシェルの割合が、該被覆された触媒の全重量に対して15〜45重量%の範囲である、請求項12又は13に記載の被覆された触媒。
- 前記シェルの厚さが100〜1500μmの範囲にある、請求項12〜14のいずれか一つに記載の被覆された触媒。
- 請求項12〜15のいずれか一つに記載の被覆された触媒の、オレフィンからα,β−不飽和アルデヒドを製造するための使用。
