- 内壁及び外壁を有するトーラスの形態をしたタイヤであって、前記内壁は、少なくとも部分的に気密層(50)で覆われ、前記タイヤは、回転軸線(2)を有し、前記タイヤは、
取り付けリム(5)に接触するようになった2つのビード(20)を有し、各ビードは、半径方向最も内側の箇所(71)を備えた少なくとも1つの環状補強構造体(70)を有し、
前記ビードの半径方向外方の延長部としての2つのサイドウォール(30)を有し、前記2つのサイドウォールは、クラウン補強材(80,90)を含むクラウン(25)内で互いに合体し、前記クラウン補強材の上にはトレッド(40)が載っており、

- 各追加の強化補強材(120)の前記半径方向内端(121)は、前記カーカス補強材(60)の前記戻りストランド(63)の前記軸方向最も外側の箇所(64)の半径方向内側に位置し、各追加の強化補強材の前記半径方向内端(121)と前記カーカス補強材の前記戻りストランドの前記半径方向最も外側の箇所(64)と間の半径方向距離(DR)は、10mm以上である、請求項1又は2記載のタイヤ。
- 各追加の強化補強材(120)は、前記ビード(20)内で前記カーカス補強材(60)の前記外向きストランド(62)に沿って延びている、請求項1〜3のうちいずれか一に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記カーカス補強材(60)及び前記追加の強化補強材(120)は各々、少なくとも1つの重ね溶接部を有し、前記カーカス補強材の前記重ね溶接部は、前記追加の強化補強材の前記重ね溶接部に対して円周方向にずれている、請求項4記載のタイヤ。
- 各追加の強化補強材(120)は、前記ビード(20)内で前記カーカス補強材(60)の前記戻りストランド(63)に沿って延びている、請求項1〜3のうちいずれか一に記載のタイヤ。
- 各追加の強化補強材(120)の前記補強要素は、半径方向に差し向けられている、請求項1〜4のうちいずれか一に記載のタイヤ。
- 各追加の強化補強材(120)の前記補強要素は、半径方向に対し、40°〜80°の角度、好ましくは40°〜50°の角度をなして傾けられている、請求項1〜4のうちいずれか一に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記追加の強化補強材(120)の前記補強要素は、PETで作られている、請求項1〜7のうちいずれか一に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記追加の強化補強材(120)の前記補強要素は、アラミド/ナイロンハイブリッドコードである、請求項1〜7のうちいずれか一に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記追加の強化補強材(120)の前記補強要素は、アラミドコード又はアラミド/PETハイブリッドコードである、請求項1〜7のうちいずれか一に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記セルフシール製品の層(55)は、前記クラウンに向いた前記気密層(50)上に位置している、請求項1〜11のうちいずれか一に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記セルフシール製品の層(55)は、各サイドウォール内で前記セルフシール製品の層(55)の前記半径方向最も内側の箇所(56)が前記追加の強化補強材(120)の前記半径方向外端(122)の半径方向内側に位置するように、前記サイドウォールの少なくとも一部分に向いた前記気密層上に延びている、請求項12記載のタイヤ。
- 前記セルフシール製品の層(55)は、少なくとも1種類の熱可塑性スチレン(“TPS”)エラストマー及び前記エラストマーのための200phr(phrは、エラストマーの100部当たりの重量部を意味している)を超えるエキステンダー油を含む、請求項1〜13のうちいずれか一に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記TPSは、前記セルフシール製品の層(55)の主要なエラストマーである、請求項14記載のタイヤ。
- 前記TPSエラストマーは、スチレン/ブタジエン/スチレン(SBS)、スチレン/イソプレン/スチレン(SIS)、スチレン/イソプレン/ブタジエン/スチレン(SIBS)、スチレン/エチレン/ブチレン/スチレン(SEBS)、スチレン/エチレン/プロピレン/スチレン(SEPS)、スチレン/エチレン/エチレン/プロピレン/スチレン(SEEPS)ブロックコポリマー及びこれらコポリマーの混合物から成る群から選択される、請求項14又は15記載のタイヤ。
- 前記TPSエラストマーは、SEBSコポリマー、SEPSコポリマー及びこれらコポリマーの混合物から成る群から選択される、請求項16記載のタイヤ。
- 前記セルフシール製品の層(55)は、少なくとも、
(a)主要エラストマーとしての不飽和ジエンエラストマー、
(b)30phr〜90phr(phrは、固体エラストマーの100部当たりの重量部を意味している)の炭化水素樹脂、
(c)液体可塑剤(液体可塑剤のTg(ガラス転移温度)は、0phr〜60phrの重量による含有量で−20℃未満である)、及び
(d)0phrから120phr未満までの充填剤を含む、請求項1〜13のうちいずれか一に記載のタイヤ。 - 前記不飽和ジエンエラストマーは、ポリブタジエン、天然ゴム、合成ポリイソプレン、ブタジエンコポリマー、イソプレンコポリマー及びかかるエラストマーの混合物から成る群から選択される、請求項18記載のタイヤ。
- 前記不飽和ジエンエラストマーは、好ましくは天然ゴム、合成ポリイソプレン及びかかるエラストマーの混合物から成る群から選択されたイソプレンエラストマーである、請求項19記載のタイヤ。
- 前記不飽和ジエンエラストマーは、「エラストマーA」と呼ばれる少なくとも2つの固体エラストマー、ポリブタジエン又はブタジエンコポリマーエラストマーと、「エラストマーB」と呼ばれる天然ゴム又は合成ポリイソプレンエラストマーとのブレンドであり、重量で表した前記エラストマーA:前記エラストマーBの比は、10:90から90:10までの範囲にある、請求項19記載のタイヤ。
- 重量で表した前記エラストマーA:前記エラストマーBの比は、20:80から80:20までの範囲、好ましくは30:70から70:30までの範囲にある、請求項21記載のタイヤ。
- 0から100phrまでの充填剤、好ましくは0から70phr未満までの充填剤を含み、前記充填剤は、0から15phr未満までの補強用充填剤、好ましくは0から10phr未満までの補強用充填剤を含む、請求項18〜22のうちいずれか一に記載のタイヤ。
- 0から70phrまでの充填剤を含み、前記充填剤は、0から5phr未満までの補強用充填剤を含む、請求項18〜23のうちいずれか一に記載のタイヤ。
- 5〜70phr、好ましくは5から30phrまでの補強用充填剤以外の充填剤を含む、請求項18〜24のうちいずれか一に記載のタイヤ。
- 硫黄又は硫黄供与体を含む架橋剤を更に含む、請求項18〜25のうちいずれか一に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記硫黄供与体は、チウラムポリスルフィド、好ましくはテトラベンジルチウラムジスルフィド(TBzTD)である、請求項26記載のタイヤ。
