Abstract
Description

Claims (20)
- 拡張された伸張された構成と折り重ねられた構成とを有する支持構造を備える植え込み可能な装置であって、
前記支持構造は、
第1の端と、
第2の端と、
前記第1の端と前記第2の端との間に予め形成された折り目と、
前記第1の端と前記予め形成された折り目との間の第1の部分と、
前記第2の端と前記予め形成された折り目との間の第2の部分と、
を含み、
前記予め形成された折り目は、前記支持構造が送達装置から解放されたときに、前記第1の部分を前記第2の部分の中に裏返すことを少なくとも促進させ、
補綴弁構造は、前記支持構造の前記第1の端にヒンジ式に取り付けられることによって、前記補綴弁構造を反対向きにすることなく、前記支持構造の前記第1の部分を前記支持構造の前記第2の部分の中に裏返すことを可能とする、植え込み可能な装置。 - 前記ヒンジ的端は、前記支持構造の前記第1の端にコネクション機構で取り付けられている、請求項1に記載の植え込み可能な装置。
- 前記コネクション機構は、ヒンジを含む、請求項2に記載の植え込み可能な装置。
- 前記コネクション機構は、リンクを含む、請求項2に記載の植え込み可能な装置。

第1の部分、及び予め形成された折り目によって前記第1の部分から離間されている第2の部分、を有する支持構造と、
弁アセンブリと、
前記弁アセンブリを前記支持構造の前記第1の部分に接続するコネクション機構と、を含み、
前記植え込み可能な装置は、第1の構成及び第2の構成を備え、
前記第1の構成のとき、前記支持構造は、折り重ねられておらず、前記支持構造、前記弁アセンブリ、及び、前記コネクション機構は、軸方向に配置されており、
前記第2の構成のとき、前記第1の部分は、前記第2の部分の中に裏返され、前記弁アセンブリは、前記コネクション機構によって、前記第1の部分の中に少なくとも部分的に引っ張られる、植え込み可能な装置。 - 前記コネクション機構は、前記第1の部分が裏返されるとき、前記弁アセンブリが反対向きにならないように、ピボット式に動く、請求項8に記載の植え込み可能な装置。

前記第1の構成要素、前記コネクター、及び、前記第2の構成要素を対象部位で、前記カテーテルから解放する、ステップと、
前記コネクターがピボット式に運動する一方で、前記第1の構成要素が前記第1の構成要素自身内に折り重なることを可能にすることによって、前記第2の構成要素を軸方向に前記第1の構成要素に向かって引っ張る、ステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記第1の構成要素が前記第1の構成要素自身内に折り重なることを可能とする前記ステップは、前記配置するステップの前に、前記第1の構成要素に予め折り目を形成すること、及び、前記予め形成された折り目が、解放されたときに、前記第1の構成要素を前記第1の構成要素自身内に折り重なるように、前記配置するステップの間に、前記予め形成された折り目は、折り重ねないこと、を含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の構成要素、前記コネクター、及び、前記第2の構成要素を軸方向に前記送達カテーテルの中に配置する前記ステップは、支持構造、コネクター、及び、弁アセンブリを送達カテーテルの中に配置することを含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の構成要素、前記コネクター、及び、前記第2の構成要素を軸方向に前記送達カテーテルの中に配置する前記ステップであって、前記コネクターは、前記第1の構成要素と前記第2の構成要素とが重ならないように、前記第1の構成要素と前記第2の構成要素とを接続し、前記ステップは、前記第1の構成要素と前記第2の構成要素とが互いに間隔を空けるように、前記第1の構成要素、前記コネクター、及び、前記第2の構成要素を軸方向に前記送達カテーテルの中に配置することを含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
