Abstract
Description
Claims (11)
- a.第1および第2の電極と任意による第3の電極とを担持する第1のアームと、
b.前記第1のアームに対向し、1つ以上の電極を担持する第2のアームとを含む電気手術器具であって、
前記第1のアーム、前記第2のアームまたはその両方は、単極モードにおいてエネルギーを通すために、互いに直接接触はしていないが互いに電気的に接続された複数の電極を含み、前記第1の電極、前記第2の電極、または前記第2のアームの1つ以上の電極のうちの少なくとも2つの電極は双極モードにおいてエネルギーを通すことを特徴とする電気手術器具。 - a.第1および第2の電極を担持する第1のアームと、
b.前記第1のアームに対向し、導電要素を担持する第2のアームとを含む電気手術器具であって、
前記導電要素は、双極モードにおいて前記第1および前記第2の電極のうちの1つ以上から浮遊電極を介したエネルギーの流れのために優先経路が形成されるように浮遊電極であることを特徴とする電気手術器具。 - a.第1の電極を担持する第1のアームと、
b.前記第1のアームに対向し、第2の電極を担持する第2のアームとを含む電気手術器具であって、
前記第1の電極および前記第2の電極のうちの1つ以上の電極の少なくとも一部は単極モードにおいてエネルギーを通し、前記第1の電極と前記第2の電極のうちの1つ以上の電極の少なくとも一部は双極モードにおいてエネルギーを通し、
前記第1の電極および前記第2の電極のうちの1つ以上の電極のうちの単極モードにおいてエネルギーを通す前記少なくとも一部は、前記第1のアームまたは前記第2のアームのうちの少なくとも1つの背または側縁から延びていることを特徴とする電気手術器具。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の電気手術器具であって、前記第2のアームは絶縁部を担持することを特徴とする電気手術器具。
- 請求項4に記載の電気手術器具であって、前記絶縁部は、少なくとも前記第1の電極と前記第2の電極との間のエネルギー経路の全長にわたって延びているように配置されていることを特徴とする電気手術器具。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の電気手術器具であって、前記第2のアームは、前記第1の電極と前記第2の電極との間の絶縁部に対向する絶縁部を含むことを特徴とする電気手術器具。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の電気手術器具であって、前記第2のアームは、双極エネルギーが絶縁部分のない第2のアームの部分と比較して組織のより大きい部分を通過するように、前記第2のアームの内面に配置された導電要素と前記絶縁部とを含むことを特徴とする電気手術器具。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の電気手術器具であって、前記第1のアームは厳密に2つの電極を含むことを特徴とする電気手術器具。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の電気手術器具であって、前記第1のアームは、単極モードにおいてエネルギーを通す厳密に1つの電極を含むことを特徴とする電気手術器具。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の電気手術器具であって、1つの単極電極のみがエネルギー源に電気的に接続されていることを特徴とする電気手術器具。
- a.第1の電極を担持する第1のアームと、
b.前記第1のアームに対向し、第2の電極を担持する第2のアームと、
c.第3の電極と、任意により1つ以上の追加の電極とを含む電気手術器具であって、
前記第1の電極と前記第2の電極とは単極モードにおいてエネルギーを通し、前記第1の電極、前記第3の電極、または1つ以上の追加の電極のうちの少なくとも2つの電極は双極モードにおいてエネルギーを通すことを特徴とする電気手術器具。
