Claims (15)
- a.第1の電極および第2の電極および選択的な第3の電極を担持する第1のアームであり、前記第1の電極および前記第2の電極は選択的に2つの一体的に形成された個別導体である、第1のアームと、
b.前記第1のアームに対向し、不導体要素および1つ以上の導電要素のうちの1つを担持する第2のアームと

単極モードでは、前記第1の電極、前記第2の電極、前記第3の電極、または前記1つ以上の導電要素のうちの1つだけがエネルギーを通し、双極モードでは、前記第1の電極、前記第2の電極、または前記1つ以上の導電要素のうちの少なくとも2つがエネルギーを通すことを特徴とする電気手術器具。 - a.第1の電極を担持する第1のアームと、
b.前記第1のアームに対向し、第2の電極を担持する第2のアームと
を含む電気手術器具であって、
単極モードでは、前記第1の電極および前記第2の電極のうちの1つだけがエネルギーを通し、双極モードでは、前記第1の電極および前記第2の電極の両方がエネルギーを通すことを特徴とする電気手術器具。 - 請求項1に記載の電気手術器具であって、前記第1の電極および前記第2の電極は、それらの間に熱接合部を有する2つの一体的に形成された個別導体から形成されていることを特徴とする電気手術器具。
- 請求項3に記載の電気手術器具であって、前記第1の電極および前記第2の電極のうちの一方が低熱散逸材料で形成されており、他方は高熱散逸材料で形成されていることを特徴とする電気手術器具。
- 請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の電気手術器具であって、前記単極モードにおいてエネルギーを通す前記電極は、前記第1のアームおよび前記第2のアームのうちの一方の背または側縁から延びていることを特徴とする電気手術器具。
- 請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の電気手術器具であって、前記双極モードにおいてエネルギーを通す任意の電極が、前記第1のアーム上にのみ配置されていることを特徴とする電気手術器具。
- 請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の電気手術器具であって、前記第1のアームは厳密に3つの電極を含むことを特徴とする電気手術器具。
- 請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の電気手術器具であって、前記第1のアームは厳密に2つの電極を含むことを特徴とする電気手術器具。
- 請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の電気手術器具であって、前記第1のアームは、前記単極モードおよび前記双極モードの両方においてエネルギーを通す厳密に1つの電極を含むことを特徴とする電気手術器具。
- 請求項1から9のいずれかに記載の電気手術器具であって、前記第1のアームには、前記単極モードにおいてエネルギーを通すいかなる電極もないことを特徴とする電気手術器具。
- 請求項1から10のいずれかに記載の電気手術器具であって、前記第1のアームには、前記単極モードおよび前記双極モードの両方においてエネルギーを通すいかなる電極もないことを特徴とする電気手術器具。
- 請求項1から11のいずれかに記載の電気手術器具であって、前記第1のアームおよび前記第2のアームには、前記単極モードおよび前記双極モードの両方においてエネルギーを通すいかなる電極もないことを特徴とする電気手術器具。
- 請求項1から12のいずれかに記載の電気手術器具であって、前記単極モードおよび前記双極モードの両方においてエネルギーを通す前記電極は延びて、前記第1のアームの少なくとも2つの表面において接触することを特徴とする電気手術器具。
- 請求項1から13のいずれかに記載の電気手術器具であって、前記第1のアームまたは前記第2のアームの前記側縁または前記背から外へ延びる部分を有する、前記単極モードおよび前記双極モードの両方においてエネルギーを通す電極を含むことを特徴とする電気手術器具。
- 請求項1から14のいずれかに記載の電気手術器具であって、前記単極モードにおいてエネルギーを通す前記電極は、前記第1のアームまたは前記第2のアームの前記背から外へ延びる部分を含むことを特徴とする電気手術器具。
