Abstract
Description
音響減衰組成物は、特にパッドの形態で、車両における振動騒音を、特にエンジンに関連した騒音に対して、減衰するのに使用される。熱で可融性の該パッドは、車の多様な金属構成要素、例えばドア及びフロアパネルに適用されてよく、これらは次いで、該パッドを該金属上へ融着させる熱処理が行われる。
・アスファルト 25〜30質量%
・ポリマー 0〜5質量%
・繊維 3〜5質量%
・及び充填剤 60〜70質量%(MORGAN, et al. The Shell Bitumen Industrial Handbook. Thomas Telford, 1995. ISBN 0951662511.)。
本発明の課題は、焼付け自由層減衰として使用することができ、現在入手可能な技術水準の材料の欠点を取り除く粘弾性材料を得ることであり、特に前記課題は、該焼付け硬化プロセス中に、3D成形された表面に追従することができ、増加した減衰特性を有するダンピング材料を得ることである。
・アスファルト 40〜60質量%;
・唯一の充填剤として:40〜52質量%、好ましくは45〜50質量%の濃度のフレーク状無機充填剤;
・及び緩和剤が使用される。
緩和剤として、吸熱型又は発熱型の化学発泡剤の双方を使用することができる。車両ホワイトボディの硬化温度は、約150〜200℃であるので、好ましくは、該化学発泡剤の反応温度は、この範囲内である。
唯一の充填剤として、フレーク状無機充填剤、例えば雲母フレーク又は黒鉛フレークが使用される。好ましくは雲母が使用される、それというのも、黒鉛は、より重くかつ黒く着色するからである。
該ダンパは、15から50penまでの針入度(pen)の軟質アスファルトから製造されてよく、好ましくは20/30penグレードが使用される。
全ての%は、100%である該材料の最終配合を基準とした質量%として与えられる。

Claims (11)
- アスファルトと、充填剤と、添加剤とを含んでなる、3D成形された表面に追従することができる自動車パネルの焼付け自由層減衰用の複合材料であって、該アスファルトが40〜60質量%であり、少なくとも40質量%の無機フレーク状充填剤が唯一の充填剤材料として使用され、かつ緩和剤が0.5〜2.5%使用されることを特徴とする、複合材料。
- 該緩和剤が、吸熱型発泡剤又は発熱型発泡剤である、請求項1記載の複合材料。
- 該発熱型発泡剤が、0.3〜2.0%の範囲内で使用される、請求項2記載の複合材料。
- 該発熱型発泡剤が、アゾ化合物又はヒドラジド化合物、好ましくはアゾジカルボンイミド又はスルホニルヒドラジドの群から選択されるものである、請求項2又は3記載の複合材料。
- 該吸熱型発泡剤が、0.3〜3%の範囲内で使用される、請求項2記載の複合材料。
- 該吸熱型発泡剤が、重炭酸塩、好ましくは炭酸水素カルシウムの群のものである、請求項2又は5記載の複合材料。
- 該無機フレーク状充填剤が、雲母フレーク又は黒鉛フレークのいずれかである、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の複合材料。
- 該無機フレーク状充填剤が、メッシュサイズ16〜24メッシュ、好ましくは20メッシュを有するフレークである、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の複合材料。
- 該無機フレーク状充填剤が、40〜52質量%、好ましくは45〜50質量%である、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の複合材料。
- 該材料が更に、ポリマー、例えばゴム又は合成ゴム及び/又は繊維の群から選択されるバインダ材料を5質量%まで含んでなる、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の複合材料。
- 該複合材料が更に、3%までのプロセスに関連した添加剤、例えば工業用油の群のものを含んでなる、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の複合材料。
