Abstract
Description
すでに、少なくとも1つの二次電池セルと、この少なくとも1つの二次電池セルを充電するために、少なくとも1つのコイルコアおよびインダクティブ充電コイルを有するインダクティブ充電ユニットとを備えた手持ち式工具用二次電池が提案されている。
本発明は、ハウジングと、少なくとも1つの二次電池セルと、この少なくとも1つの二次電池セルを充電するために、少なくとも1つのコイルコアおよびインダクティブ充電コイルを有するインダクティブ充電ユニットとを備えた手持ち式工具用二次電池を起点とする。
図1〜図6には、本発明に係る手持ち式工具用二次電池10が示してある。この手持ち式工具用二次電池10は、複数の二次電池セル12と、インダクティブ充電ユニット14と、熱補償手段34と、ハウジング36と、手持ち式工具用電子装置38と、手持ち式工具用インタフェース40と、充電状態表示器42とを備えている。手持ち式工具(図示せず)の運転時には、手持ち式工具用二次電池10が、手持ち式工具の運転エネルギを提供する。二次電池セル12は、充電過程と運転エネルギの放出との間に運転エネルギを蓄えるために設けられている。手持ち式工具用二次電池10は、5つの二次電池セル12を有している。これらの二次電池セル12は、互いに直列に接続されている。したがって、手持ち式工具用二次電池10の公称電圧は、3.6Vの二次電池セル電圧の場合、18Vである。
Claims (15)
- ハウジング(36)と、
少なくとも1つの二次電池セル(12)と、
前記少なくとも1つの二次電池セル(12)を充電するために、少なくとも1つのコイルコア(16)およびインダクティブ充電コイル(18)を有するインダクティブ充電ユニット(14)と、
を備える手持ち式工具用二次電池であって、
インダクティブ充電ユニット(14)は、解離可能にハウジング(36)内に収容されていることを特徴とする、手持ち式工具用二次電池。 - インダクティブ充電コイル(18)は、該インダクティブ充電コイル(18)のコイル平面(20)において、コイルコア(16)は、コイル平面(20)に対して平行な少なくとも1つの平面(24)において、互いに異なる基本形状を有する、請求項1記載の手持ち式工具用二次電池。
- インダクティブ充電コイル(18)は、該インダクティブ充電コイル(18)のコイル平面(20)において、円形の基本形状を有する、請求項1または2記載の手持ち式工具用二次電池。
- コイルコア(16)は、コイル平面(20)に対して平行な平面(24)において、方形の基本形状を有する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の手持ち式工具用二次電池。
- コイルコア(16)は平面(24)において、インダクティブ充電コイル(18)がコイル平面(20)において展開している面積よりも大きな面積を展開している、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の手持ち式工具用二次電池。
- コイルコア(16)は、複数のピースから形成されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の手持ち式工具用二次電池。
- インダクティブ充電ユニット(14)は、独自に検査可能な1つのアッセンブリを形成している、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の手持ち式工具用二次電池。
- インダクティブ充電ユニット(14)は、少なくとも1つの結合手段(26,28;84)によって結合されて、前記アッセンブリを形成している、請求項7記載の手持ち式工具用二次電池。
- インダクティブ充電ユニット(14)は、二次電池セル(12)を充電するように設けられたインダクティブ充電電子装置(30)を有する、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の手持ち式工具用二次電池。
- インダクティブ充電ユニット(14)は、手持ち式工具用二次電池(10)のハウジング部材(32;78)を有する、請求項7から9までのいずれか1項記載の手持ち式工具用二次電池。
- 結合手段(26,28;84)は、ハウジング部材(32;78)に形成されている、請求項10記載の手持ち式工具用二次電池。
- 前記手持ち式工具用二次電池は、熱を均等に分散するように設けられた熱補償手段(34)を有する、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の手持ち式工具用二次電池。
- インダクティブ充電ユニット(14)は、インダクティブ充電コイル(18)を収容する溝(49)を備えるコイル枠体(50)を有する、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の手持ち式工具用二次電池。
- コイル枠体(50)は、コイルコア(16)を収容する少なくとも1つの収容領域(51)を有する、請求項13記載の手持ち式工具用二次電池。
- 請求項1から14までのいずれか1項記載のインダクティブ充電ユニット。
