Claims (15)
- 防眩可能なミラー装置であって、
制御可能な透明度を有するエレクトロクロミック材料を含んだ基板(101)を備え、
前記基板(101)上に、少なくとも1つの有機オプトエレクトロニクス素子(100)を備え、前記有機オプトエレクトロニクス素子(100)は、2つの電極(102,104)の間に少なくとも1つの有機オプトエレクトロニクス層を有する有機機能層スタック(103)を含み、前記有機オプトエレクトロニクス層は、有機受光層として構成され、かつ、前記ミラー装置の第1の動作状態において前記基板(101)を通った周辺光(3)を検出しており、それによって、前記有機オプトエレクトロニクス素子(100)は、前記第1の動作状態において有機受光素子として機能し、前記基板(101)の透明度は、前記第1の動作状態における前記有機オプトエレクトロニクス素子(100)の測定信号に依存して制御可能であり、さらに、
反射層(120)を備え、前記反射層(120)は、前記有機機能層スタック(103)の、前記基板(101)とは反対側に設けられていることを特徴とする、防眩可能なミラー装置。 - 前記有機オプトエレクトロニクス素子(100)の1つの電極(102)は、前記基板(101)と直接コンタクトするように形成され、前記基板(101)の、前記有機オプトエレクトロニクス素子(100)とは反対側の底面は、前記ミラー装置の外面を形成している、請求項1記載の防眩可能なミラー装置。
- 前記基板(101)上に、前記エレクトロクロミック材料の電気的な制御のための複数のコンタクト素子(111)が配設されており、前記複数のコンタクト素子(111)は、前記有機オプトエレクトロニクス素子(100)に対して横方向に離間されている、請求項1又は2記載の防眩可能なミラー装置。
- 前記反射層(120)は、前記有機オプトエレクトロニクス素子(100)の前記基板(101)とは反対側に電極(104)を有している、請求項1記載の防眩可能なミラー装置。
- 前記反射層(120)は、制御可能な反射率を有するミラー層(115)を、前記有機オプトエレクトロニクス素子(100)の、前記基板(101)に対向している側に含んでおり、前記有機オプトエレクトロニクス素子(100)の、前記基板(101)とは反対側の電極(104)は、透明に構成されている、請求項1記載の防眩可能なミラー装置。
- 前記有機オプトエレクトロニクス素子(100)は、有機フォトダイオード、有機フォトコンバータ、及び/又は、有機フォトレジストとして構成されている、請求項1から5いずれか1項記載の防眩可能なミラー装置。
- 前記有機オプトエレクトロニクス素子(100)の前記少なくとも1つの有機オプトエレクトロニクス層は、付加的に、前記ミラー装置の第2の動作状態において光を放射する有機発光層として構成されている、請求項1から6いずれか1項記載の防眩可能なミラー装置。
- 前記有機オプトエレクトロニクス素子(100)は、前記第2の動作状態において有機発光ダイオードとして機能する、請求項7記載の防眩可能なミラー装置。
- 前記基板(101)上で前記有機オプトエレクトロニクス素子(100)に対して横方向に隣接するように少なくとも1つの有機発光素子(200)が配設されており、前記少なくとも1つの有機発光素子(200)は、2つの電極(202,204)の間に少なくとも1つの有機発光層を有する有機機能層スタック(203)を含んでいる、請求項1から8いずれか1項記載の防眩可能なミラー装置。
- 前記反射層(120)は、前記有機発光素子(200)の、前記基板(101)とは反対側に電極(204)を有している、請求項9記載の防眩可能なミラー装置。
- 前記基板(101)上で前記有機オプトエレクトロニクス素子(100)に対して横方向に隣接するように少なくとも1つの有機受光素子(300)が配設されており、前記少なくとも1つの有機受光素子(300)は、前記ミラー装置の、前記基板(101)に対向している側から当該ミラー装置へ入射する周辺光(4)を検出する、請求項1から10いずれか1項記載の防眩可能なミラー装置。
- 前記基板(101)側から見て前記有機オプトエレクトロニクス素子(100)の上側に、有機受光素子(300)及び/又はさらなる有機オプトエレクトロニクス素子(100)が配設されており、前記有機受光素子(300)及び/又はさらなる有機オプトエレクトロニクス素子(100)は、前記ミラー装置の、前記基板(101)に対向している側から当該ミラー装置へ入射する周辺光(4)を検出している、請求項1から11いずれか1項記載の防眩可能なミラー装置。
- 前記有機受光素子(300)は、2つの電極(302,304)の間に少なくとも1つの有機受光層を有する有機機能層スタック(303)を含み、前記電極のうちの1つ(304)は、前記有機オプトエレクトロニクス素子(100)の前記電極のうちの1つ(104)によって形成されている、請求項12記載の防眩可能なミラー装置。
- 前記基板(101)は、エレクトロクロミックガラス及び/又はエレクトロクロミックフィルムを有している、請求項1から13いずれか1項記載の防眩可能なミラー装置。
- 前記ミラー装置は、自動車のバックミラーとして構成されている、請求項1から14いずれか1項記載の防眩可能なミラー装置。
