Claims (5)
- 調量弁(1)において、
少なくとも、前記調量弁(1)を開閉するために可動である弁体(2)及び通路(7)を備えている弁ケーシング(6)と、ばね力を前記弁体(2)に加え、該弁体(2)を静止位置に保持するばね(3)とを有しており、
前記ばね(3)は、少なくとも一つの較正体(4)に支持されており、
前記弁体(2)、前記ばね(3)及び前記少なくとも一つの較正体(4)は前記通路(7)内に配置されており、
前記少なくとも一つの較正体(4)は、素材接続による結合部(5)によって前記弁ケーシング(6)に固定されている支持構成部材(13)によって支持されており、
前記支持構成部材(13)の一部の区間(14)は、前記弁ケーシング(6)から張り出している、
ことを特徴とする、調量弁(1)。 - 前記較正体(4)はスリーブ状であり、
前記通路(7)は、前記弁体(2)に作用する前記ばね(3)のばね力を調整するために、前記較正体(4)を位置決めできる通路区分(8)を有している、請求項1に記載の調量弁(1)。 - 前記較正体(4)は、プレス結合部(10)を介して前記調量弁(1)に結合されている、請求項1又は2に記載の調量弁(1)。
- 前記調量弁(1)は開口部(11)を有しており、該開口部(11)を介して、調量すべき液体を前記調量弁(1)に到達させることができ、
更に、前記較正体(4)及び前記支持構成部材(13)は、前記ばね(3)から前記開口部(11)まで延在しており、
前記素材接続による結合部(5)は、前記支持構成部材(13)の外面(12)及び前記開口部(11)に形成されている、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の調量弁(1)。 - 前記素材接続による結合部(5)は、前記支持構成部材(13)の前記外面において環状に延びるように形成されている、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の調量弁(1)。
