Description
Claims (9)
- インジェクタを備える装置であって、前記インジェクタは、
入口管に流体を搬送するための入口ポートと、
前記入口ポートの一部である内側スリーブと、
前記内側スリーブに取り付けられ、前記入口ポートの一部である外側スリーブと、
前記外側スリーブに部分的に配置された、前記入口ポートの一部である入口導管と、
前記外側スリーブの一部として形成されたキャビティと、
前記外側スリーブの一部として形成された半球壁部分を有する容積低減機構と、を有しており、
流体は、前記入口導管から、前記キャビティ内へと、次いで前記入口管内へと流れ、
前記容積低減機構は、前記外側スリーブの一部として形成された前記キャビティ内の容積を減らす、装置。 - 前記外側スリーブの一部として形成された開口をさらに備え、
前記入口導管の一部は、前記外側スリーブの一部として形成された前記開口に配置されており、前記入口導管は、前記キャビティに流体連通されている、請求項1記載の装置。 - 流路をさらに備え、
前記内側スリーブの一部が前記開口を塞いでおり、前記流路は、前記スリーブによって塞がれていない、前記開口の部分によって形成されている、請求項2記載の装置。 - 前記外側スリーブの一部として形成された上側壁をさらに備え、
前記容積低減機構は、前記外側スリーブの前記上側壁の一部として形成されている、請求項1から3のいずれか1項記載の装置。 - 前記外側スリーブ、前記内側スリーブ、前記入口管は全て、スタンピング加工および成形加工から成るグループから選択された1つを使用して形成される別個の構成要素である、請求項1から4のいずれか1項記載の装置。
- インジェクタのための入口ポートであって、
インジェクタの入口管に取り付けられる内側スリーブと、
前記内側スリーブが部分的に配置される外側スリーブと、
前記外側スリーブの一部として形成されたキャビティであって、前記内側スリーブが部分的に配置されるキャビティと、
前記外側スリーブの一部として形成された開口であって、前記キャビティに流体連通している開口と、
前記開口内に部分的に配置された入口導管であって、これにより前記キャビティに流体連通している入口導管と、
前記外側スリーブの一部として形成された前記キャビティ内の容積を減らす容積低減機構であって、前記外側スリーブの一部として形成された半球壁部分を有している容積低減機構と、
を備え、
流体は、前記入口導管を通って前記キャビティ内へ、そして前記キャビティから前記入口管内へと流れる、
インジェクタのための入口ポート。 - 流路をさらに備え、該流路を介して前記入口導管は前記キャビティと流体連通しており、
前記内側スリーブの一部が前記開口を塞いでおり、前記流路は、前記スリーブによって塞がれていない、前記開口の部分によって形成されている、請求項6記載の入口ポート。 - 前記外側スリーブ、前記内側スリーブ、前記入口管は全て、スタンピング加工および成形加工から成るグループから選択された1つを使用して形成される、請求項6または7記載の入口ポート。
- 前記外側スリーブの一部として形成された上側壁をさらに備え、
前記容積低減機構は、前記外側スリーブの前記上側壁の一部として形成されている、請求項6から8のいずれか1項記載の入口ポート。
