Abstract
Description
Claims (7)
- 内燃機関の排気ガス後処理装置に液状還元剤を搬送するための膜ポンプにおいて、
電磁石(22、23)が底(24)上に配置されたポンプハウジング(19、20、24)と、
一方ではポンプハウジング(19、20、24)に、他方では中央支持体(29)に固着され、電磁石(22、23)の操作によってばね(35)の力に抗し、中央支持体(29)を介して2つの終端位置間を往復運動するポンプ膜(30)と、
還元剤をポンプ膜(30)の上側に導入し、逆止弁として形成された入口弁(40)を有する入口通路(37)と、
還元剤を排出し、逆止弁として形成された出口弁(41)を有する出口通路(38)と、
ポンプハウジング(19、20、24)内においてポンプ膜(30)の上側で還元剤の圧力を検出する圧力センサ(18)の圧力センス薄膜(31)とを備え、
該圧力センス薄膜(31)が、膜ポンプの内部における還元剤の凍結時に生ずる還元剤の体積増大がポンプ膜(30)のばね(35)の力に抗した変位によって吸収されるように配置されたことを特徴とする膜ポンプ。 - 中央支持体(29)が電磁石(22、23)側の端部に駆動軸(32)を有し、該駆動軸(32)の端面に、電磁石(22、23)に対する接極子板(33)が配置されたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の膜ポンプ。
- 接極子板(33)と駆動軸(32)との結合が、接着、溶接、圧着又はねじ止めにより行われたことを特徴とする請求項2記載の膜ポンプ。
- 中央支持体(29)が電磁石(22、23)と反対側の端に円筒形状部を有し、中央支持体(29)が圧力センサ(18)のポット状凹所内に突出し、該凹所と中央支持体の表面との間に、入口通路(37)を出口通路(38)に接続する隙間が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の膜ポンプ。
- ポンプ膜(30)が、一方で支持体(29)のフランジ(44)に、他方で膜ポンプのハウジングに固着されたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- ハウジング(19、20、24)が高熱伝導率の金属材料からなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- ハウジング(19、20、24)がアルミニウムからなることを特徴とする請求項6記載の装置。
