Abstract
Description
半結晶性熱可塑性ポリオレフィン類(例、ポリエチレン(PE)、ポリプロピレン(PP)、ポリメチルペンテン(PMP)、またはポリブテン−1(PB−1));
エラストマーポリオレフィン類(例、ポリイソブチレン(PIB)、エチレン−プロピレン(EPRもしくはEPM)、またはエチレン−プロピレン−ジエンモノマー(EPDM));
ポリイソブチレン(PIB);
エチレンをコモノマーとして含むポリマー(例、エチレン−酢酸ビニル(EVA);エチレンコポリマー−アクリル酸エステル(例、エチレン−メチルアクリレート(EMA)、エチレン−エチルアクリレート(EEA));エチレン−アクリル酸エステル−無水マレイン酸(EEAMA);または、エチレン−ポリビニル系アルコール(EVOH))。
本発明によれば、接触層は、(A)0.870g/cm3〜0.910g/cm3の範囲の密度を有するα−オレフィンおよびエチレンの共重合体を、単独または(B)0.910g/cm3〜0.940g/cm3の範囲の密度を有するポリオレフィンと混ぜて含む。
上記したように、本発明のフィルムは、接触層、特にコア層、および外層に加えて一又は数層を含む多層フィルムである場合があり、前記接触層およびコア層は第一連結層を用いて一体化され、ならびに前記外層およびコア層は第二連結層を用いて一体化される。
厚さ400μmの多層フィルムを、本発明の教義に従って調製および同時押出成形した。その多層フィルムは、
厚さ100μmの外層であって、0.936g/cm3の密度を有する98重量%のLLDPE−C6および2重量%の粘着防止樹脂を含むもの、
厚さ25μmのコア層であって、38%モルのエチレン含有量を有する95重量%のEVOHおよび0.950g/cm3の密度を有する5重量%のPEアイオノマ−亜鉛を含むもの、
厚さ235μmの接触層であって、0.902g/cm3の密度を有する68重量%のmLLDPE−C8、0.923g/cm3の密度を有する30重量%の添加剤不含有LDPE、および2重量%の粘着防止樹脂を含むもの、
前記接触層と前記コア層の間の第一連結層であって、当該連結層が、0.902g/cm3の密度の70重量%のmLLDPE−C8および30重量%のLLDPE−MAHを含むもの、
前記接触層と前記コア層の間の第二連結層であって、当該連結層が、0.902g/cm3の密度の70重量%のmLLDPE−C8および30重量%のLLDPE−MAHを含むもの、を有する。
LLDPE−C6=エチレンとヘキセンの直鎖低密度共重合体。
EVOH=エチレンビニルアルコール重合体。
PEアイオノマ−亜鉛=カルボキシレート基が亜鉛カチオンと結合しているエチレンアイオノマ−のアクリル酸共重合体。
mLLDPE−C8=メタロセン触媒を利用するプロセスから製造されるオクト−1−エンおよびエチレンの直鎖低密度共重合体。
LLDPE−MAH=無水マレイン酸をグラフトしたエチレンの直鎖低密度共重合体。
LDPE=エチレンの低密度重合体
10リットルの3種類のバッグを、3種類の異なるフイルム(A、B、およびC)を用いて作製した。
0.902g/cm3の密度を有するmLLDPE−C8および、
さらにγ線照射に対して、細胞増殖を減速するか又は遅延する可能性のある分解物を放出する場合がある0.12重量%未満の添加剤を含む。
0.902g/cm3の密度を有するmLLDPE−C8および0.923g/cm3の密度を有する添加剤不含有LDPEの混合物と、
さらにγ線照射に対して、細胞増殖を減速するか又は遅延する可能性のある分解物を放出する場合がある最大0.06重量%の添加剤と、を含む。
mLLDPE−C8=メタロセン触媒を利用するプロセスから製造されるオクト−1−エンおよびエチレンの直鎖低密度共重合体。
LDPE=エチレンの低密度重合体(INEOS製のINEOS ELTEX MED PH23H630)。
細胞培養の全体にわたって、細胞生存率は80%を超えていた。
Claims (13)
- ポーチを製造するためのフィルムであって、前記フィルムは、(A)0.870g/cm3〜0.910g/cm3の範囲の密度を有するα−オレフィンおよびエチレンの共重合体を、単独または(B)0.910g/cm3〜0.940g/cm3の範囲の密度を有するポリオレフィンと混ぜて含む接触層を含み、前記接触層は、さらに25kGy〜50kGyの範囲のγ線照射に対して、細胞増殖を減速するか又は遅延する可能性のある分解物を放出する場合がある0.10重量%未満、好ましくは0.07重量%未満の添加剤を含む、フィルム。
- さらにγ線照射に対して、細胞増殖を減速するか又は遅延する可能性のある分解物を放出する場合がある前記添加剤が、酸化防止剤である、請求項1に記載のフィルム。
- 酸化防止剤がホスファイト酸化防止剤である、請求項1または2に記載のフィルム。
- 酸化防止剤がトリス(2,4−ジtert−ブチルフェニル)ホスファイトである、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- α−オレフィンとエチレンとの前記共重合体(A)が、C4〜8プラストマポリオレフィンであり、特に、メタロセン触媒を利用するプロセスから製造されるオクト−1−エンとエチレンとの直鎖低密度共重合体である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のフィルム。
- 前記ポリオレフィン(B)が、エチレンのホモポリマーであり、特に、エチレンの低密度重合体である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のフィルム。
- 前記接触層が、(A)と(B)との混合物を、質量比(B)/(A)が95/5以下、好ましくは5/95〜95/5の範囲、より好ましくは0.2〜5の範囲、さらにより好ましくは0.2〜2の範囲になるように含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のフィルム。
- 前記フィルムが単層である、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のフィルム。
- 前記フィルムが、前記接触層、特に気体、例えば、酸素または二酸化炭素の通過に対するバリアとなることができるコア層、および外層に加えて一又は数層を含む多層フィルムであって、前記接触層および前記コア層は第一連結層を用いて一体化され、ならびに前記外層および前記コア層は第二連結層を用いて一体化される、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のフィルム。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のフィルムを製造する方法であって、前記接触層を押出成形する工程を含む、方法。
- 請求項9に記載の多層フィルムを製造する方法であって、前記接触層、第一連結層、コア層、第二連結層、および外層を同時押出成形する工程を含む、方法。
- 壁が、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の多層フィルムを含む、単回使用ポーチ。
- 請求項12に記載の単回使用ポーチを含む、バイオリアクター。
