Abstract
Description
欧州特許第2362495号明細書には、自動車充電コネクタが開示されている。この場合、絶縁体内に配置されたコンタクトエレメントと、これらのコンタクトエレメントに接続された導体と、ハウジングとが個々にシールされている。
本発明の課題は、簡単にかつ廉価に製造可能である差込み接続器を提供することにある。

Claims (10)
- 差込み接続器であって、
当該差込み接続器(1)が、コンタクト支持部(2)を有し、該コンタクト支持部(2)内に少なくとも1つのコンタクトエレメント(3)が配置されており、該コンタクトエレメント(3)が、接続されたケーブル(6)の導体に接続されており、
前記コンタクト支持部(2)が、周方向に延びるつば(7)を有し、該つば(7)が、前記コンタクト支持部(2)を接続範囲(AB)と差込み範囲(SB)とに分離しており、
接続されたケーブル(6)が、当該差込み接続器(1)のハウジング(8)内に突入している、
差込み接続器において、
当該差込み接続器(1)が、シール部材(10)を有し、該シール部材(10)が、当該差込み接続器(1)の前記ハウジング(8)内に配置されており、
前記シール部材(10)が、前記コンタクト支持部(2)の前記接続範囲(AB)と、当該差込み接続器(1)の前記ハウジング(8)内に突入した前記ケーブル(6)の一部分とを同時に密に取り囲んでいる、
ことを特徴とする差込み接続器。 - 前記シール部材(10)が、ホース形に形成されていて、第1の端部と第2の端部とを有する、請求項1記載の差込み接続器。
- 前記シール部材(10)の一方の端部が、位置固定手段によって、前記ケーブル(6)の、当該差込み接続器(1)の前記ハウジング(8)内に突入した部分に位置固定されている、請求項1または2記載の差込み接続器。
- 前記シール部材(10)の前記第1の端部が、前記コンタクト支持部(2)と当該差込み接続器(1)の前記ハウジング(8)との間に締付け固定されており、前記シール部材(10)の前記第2の端部が、前記位置固定手段によって前記ケーブル(6)に密に押圧されている、請求項2または3記載の差込み接続器。
- 前記位置固定手段が、ケーブルバインダである、請求項3または4記載の差込み接続器。
- 前記位置固定手段が、緊締ゴムである、請求項3または4記載の差込み接続器。
- 前記コンタクト支持部(2)が、2つ以上のコンタクトエレメント(3)を有する、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の差込み接続器。
- 前記コンタクト支持部(2)が、周方向に延びる溝を有し、該溝内に前記シール部材(10)の前記第1の端部が係合している、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の差込み接続器。
- 両側で位置固定されたホース形の前記シール部材(10)によって取り囲まれている内室が、熱伝導性の材料、たとえば熱伝導性のゲルで、少なくとも部分的に充填されている、請求項2から8までのいずれか1項記載の差込み接続器。
- 前記シール部材(10´)が、凹部(18)を有し、
前記凹部(18)が、ケーブル(20)のための少なくとも1つの貫通案内部(19)を含む、請求項1から9までのいずれ1項記載の差込み接続器。
