Claims (15)
- 600〜680nm、好ましくは640〜680nmの最大発光波長を有するダイレクト赤色光を放射するソリッドステート光源と、
前記ソリッドステート光源から放射される前記ダイレクト赤色光の少なくとも一部を受光し、受光した前記ダイレクト赤色光を、700〜760nm、好ましくは720〜760nmの最大発光波長を有する遠赤色光に変換する波長変換部材と
を有する、園芸用照明装置。 - 前記ダイレクト赤色光と前記照明装置から放射される前記遠赤色光との比率は、前記ソリッドステート光源から前記波長変換部材に入射する前記ダイレクト赤色光の割合を調整することによって設定される、請求項1に記載の園芸用照明装置。
- 前記波長変換部材は、量子ドット、無機蛍光体、及び/又は蛍光染料を有する、請求項1又は2に記載の園芸用照明装置。
- 前記量子ドットは、II−VI族及びIII−V族量子ドット、好ましくはInP、CdTe、CdTe/CdSeコアシェル構造、CdSexTeyなどの三成分混合物、又はCuxInySe2若しくはCuxInyS2などの黄銅鉱量子ドットから成るグループから選択される材料を有する、請求項3に記載の園芸用照明装置。
- 前記無機蛍光体は、Cr3+がドープされた材料、好ましくはY3Ga5O12:Cr、LaAlO3:Cr及びGd3Ga5O12:Crから成るグループから選択される材料を有する、請求項3に記載の園芸用照明装置。
- 前記蛍光染料は、好ましくは、遠赤色発光染料ファミリーのメンバーであり、ペリレンぺリノンとも呼ばれる(例えばアルコキシ基の)置換3、4、9、10−ペリレンテトラカルボキシルビス−ベンディミダゾール(PTCBI)であり、より好ましくは、3、4:9、10−ビス(1、2−ベンディミダゾール)−1、6、7、12−テトラ(4−ノニルフェノキシ)ペリレン(シン/アンチ異性体)である、請求項3に記載の園芸用照明装置。
- 前記ソリッドステート光源及び前記波長変換部材は、単一ユニットに組み立てられる、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の園芸用照明装置。
- 前記ダイレクト赤色光を放射する少なくとも1つの追加のソリッドステート光源を有し、これによって前記ダイレクト赤色光と前記遠赤色光との比率を調整する、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の園芸用照明装置。
- 青色光又は白色光を放射する少なくとも1つの追加のソリッドステート光源を有する、請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の園芸用照明装置。
- 植物の成長及び植物のバイオリズムを刺激する方法であって、
ソリッドステート光源を用いて、600〜680nm、好ましくは640〜680nmの最大発光波長を有するダイレクト赤色光を生成するステップと、
前記ダイレクト赤色光の少なくとも一部を波長変換部材で受光するステップと、
前記波長変換部材を用いて、受光した前記ダイレクト赤色光を、700〜760nm、好ましくは720〜760nmの最大発光波長を有する遠赤色光に変換するステップとを有する、方法。 - 前記ダイレクト赤色光と前記放射される遠赤色光との比率は、前記ソリッドステート光源から前記波長変換部材に入射する前記ダイレクト赤色光の量を調整することによって設定される、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記ダイレクト赤色光と前記放射される遠赤色光との比率は、ダイレクト赤色光を放射する追加のソリッドステート光源を使用することによって調整される、請求項10又は11に記載の方法。
- 前記波長変換部材は、蛍光染料を有し、前記蛍光染料は、好ましくは、遠赤色発光染料ファミリーのメンバーであり、ペリレンぺリノンとも呼ばれる(例えばアルコキシ基の)置換3、4、9、10−ペリレンテトラカルボキシルビス−ベンディミダゾール(PTCBI)であり、より好ましくは、3、4:9、10−ビス(1、2−ベンディミダゾール)−1、6、7、12−テトラ(4−ノニルフェノキシ)ペリレン(シン/アンチ異性体)である、請求項10乃至12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の園芸用照明装置を少なくとも1つ有する、照明器具。
- 少なくともグリーンハウス及び植物工場を含むグループから選択される園芸用アプリケーションシステムであって、前記園芸用アプリケーションシステムは、さらに、請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の園芸用照明装置を少なくとも1つ、又は請求項14に記載の照明器具を有する、園芸用アプリケーションシステム。
