Abstract
Description
・光周性は、(例えば開花を誘導するために)植物が放射の周期性を感知及び測定しなければならない能力のことを指し、
・屈光性は、放射物に向かう及び放射物から離れる植物の成長運動のことを指し、
・光形態形成は、放射の質及び量に応じた形態の変化のことを指す。
・各LEDが接続ワイヤによりマトリクス内に接続されるマトリクス状に配されたLEDのアレイと、マトリクスの領域にわたって分布する少なくとも3つの電力レールラインに接続される電圧レールに接続されたマトリクスとを接続するステップと、
・第1の電力レールラインと第2の隣り合う電力レールラインとの間のLEDの第1のサブセットを駆動するため及び第2の電力レールラインと第1の電力レールラインと同じ電圧の第3の電力レールラインとの間のLEDの第2のサブセットを駆動するために少なくとも3つの電力レールラインを制御するステップであって、一実施形態の第3の電力レールラインは、第1の電力レールラインと比較して第2の電力レールラインの反対側で第2の電力レールラインと隣り合っている当該制御ステップと
を有するLEDグリッドを駆動する方法を提供する。
(i)(+と表示された)高電力レールについての各電力レールライン30は、0と+状態(及び調光のために中間状態)との間で切り換えられる。これは、2つの行が調光状態又はオフ状態に1回で切り換えられ得ることを意味する。
(ii)全ての電力レールライン30及び32は、0と+状態(及び調光のために中間状態)との間で切り換えられる。これは、上記(i)の2行制御に加えて、個々の行がオンに切り換えられ得る又は調光される得ることを意味する。
Claims (15)
- 作物に園芸光を与える方法であって、複数の発光ダイオード(LED)と複数の貫通孔とを有するグリッドを有する照明デバイスの園芸光により作物を横向きに照射するステップを有し、前記複数のLEDの1つ以上が前記園芸光を与える、当該方法。
- 前記グリッドがグリッド面を規定し、前記LEDが光軸を有する光のビームの前記園芸光を与え、前記光軸が前記グリッド面に垂直であるように前記LEDが配される、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記複数の発光ダイオードがLEDの2つ以上のサブセットを有し、前記サブセットの1つ以上のサブセットのLEDが第1の方向に園芸光を与え、1つ以上の他のサブセットのLEDが前記第1の方向と反対の第2の方向に園芸光を与える、請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 前記複数の発光ダイオードが発光ダイオードの2つ以上の独立して制御可能なサブセットを有し、前記サブセットの2つ以上が前記グリッドの鉛直方向の配列に対して異なる高さに設けられ、当該方法が、前記作物の高さの関数として前記サブセットの1つ以上により園芸光を与えるステップを更に含む、請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記複数の発光ダイオードが、発光ダイオードの2つ以上の独立して制御可能なサブセットを有し、前記サブセットの少なくとも2つが異なるスペクトル分布を有する光を生成し、当該方法は、(a)作物の扱われる部分、(b)1日のうちの時間、(c)前記園芸光以外の他の光の光強度及び光の分布、(d)作物の種類、(e)作物の成長段階、(f)実の段階、(g)収穫時期、(h)収穫からの時間、及び(i)複数の作物を有する園芸装置における場所のうちの1つ以上の関数として前記園芸光のスペクトル分布を変化させるステップを更に含む、請求項1ないし4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記サブセットの1つ以上が400ないし475nmの範囲から選択される第1の波長を有する光を与え、前記サブセットの1つ以上が625ないし800nmの範囲から選択される第2の波長を有する光を与える、請求項3ないし5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記複数のLEDがピッチを有し、前記LEDが前記作物の平均距離を隔てて配され、前記ピッチ分の前記平均距離の比が少なくとも0.25である、請求項1ないし6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- グリッドを有し、前記グリッドがグリッド面を規定する照明デバイスであって、前記グリッドは、複数の発光ダイオード(LED)と複数の貫通孔とを有し、前記LEDは、更に、光軸を有する光のビームの園芸光を与え、前記光軸が前記グリッド面に垂直であるように前記LEDが配された、当該照明デバイス。
- 前記複数の発光ダイオードがLEDの2つ以上のサブセットを有し、前記サブセットの1つ以上のサブセットのLEDが第1の方向に光のビームを与え、1つ以上の他のサブセットのLEDが前記第1の方向と反対の第2の方向に光のビームを与える、請求項8記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記グリッドが被覆領域を有し、前記貫通孔が断面領域を有し、前記貫通孔の前記断面領域の総領域が前記グリッドの被覆領域の50ないし90%の範囲内にある、請求項8又は9記載の照明デバイス。
- マトリクス状に配されたLEDであって、各LEDは接続ワイヤにより前記マトリクス内に接続され、前記マトリクスは電圧レールに接続され、前記電圧レールは前記マトリクスの領域にわたって分布する少なくとも3つの電力レールラインに接続された当該LEDを有し、
前記LEDは、
第1の電力レールラインと第2の隣り合う電力レールラインとの間に配されたLEDの第1のサブセット、
第2の電力レールラインと前記第1の電力レールラインと同じ電圧の第3の電力レールラインとの間に配されたLEDの第2のサブセット
として形成された、請求項8ないし10のいずれか一項に記載の照明デバイス。 - 前記複数の発光ダイオードが発光ダイオードの2つ以上の独立して制御可能なサブセットを有し、前記サブセットの少なくとも2つが互いに異なるスペクトル分布を有する光を生成する、請求項8ないし11のいずれか一項に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記サブセットの1つ以上が400ないし475nmの範囲から選択される第1の波長を有する光を与え、前記サブセットの1つ以上が625ないし800nmの範囲から選択される第2の波長を有する光を与える、請求項11又は12に記載の照明デバイス。
- 前記複数のLEDが透明フォイルに埋め込まれ、前記透明フォイルは、前記フォイルの第1の側から前記フォイルの第2の側への貫通孔を有し、前記フォイルがフォイル面領域を有し、前記貫通孔は断面領域を有し、前記貫通孔の前記断面領域の総領域が前記フォイル面領域の50ないし90%の範囲内にある、請求項8ないし13のいずれか一項に記載の照明デバイス。
- 温室及び植物工場を有する群から選択される園芸装置であって、請求項8ないし14のいずれか一項に記載の照明デバイスを更に有する、当該園芸装置。
