Abstract
【解決手段】冷却系浴として、溶融塩浴を主成分とし、金属成分の添加,電気的処理を付加することにより各種腐食を防止する。
【効果】 冷却材としてナトリウムを使用することによる危険性が除去される。

Claims (3)
- 原子力発電構造における冷却系機器の腐食防止技術構成として、冷却系の少なくとも一部に、熱媒体溶融塩を用い、その化学成分は、対溶融塩分mol%で、弗化リチウム(LiF)、弗化ナトリウム(NaF)、弗化カリウム(KF)の1種以上を80%以下含有し、残部は弗化錫(SnF2)、アルカリ金属テトラフルオロ硼酸塩その他不可避不純物であって、その溶融塩はLiF−SnF2系、NaF−SnF2系、KF−SnF2系とNaBF4系等の混合系である融点が低い成分系を用い、浴容器等を負極とし、浴を正極とする浴成分安定化通電を行う事を特徴とする溶融塩浴型冷却系を構成する冷却材およびこれを適用する冷却方法。
- 通電に代えて、溶融塩浴中でのSnF4の生成防止用に全容量に対し50mol%以下のSn、Zn、Al、Mgその他の浴成分還元性金属の1種以上を添加するか、容器内面に金属皮膜としてこれら金属層を形成しておき、浴成分の安定化をはかることを特徴とする請求項1の冷却材およびこれを適用する冷却方法。
- 請求項1及び2を組み合わせて適用し、浴成分の安定化をはかることを特徴とする冷却材およびこれを適用する冷却方法。
