Claims (2)
- 原子力発電構造における冷却系機器の腐食防止技術構成として、冷却系の少なくとも一部に、熱媒体溶融塩を用い、その化学成分は、全溶融塩分に対し、mol%で、弗化リチウム(LiF)、弗化ナトリウム(NaF)、弗化カリウム(KF)の1種以上を80%以下含有し、残部は弗化錫(SnF2)、アルカリ金属テトラフルオロホウ酸塩、及びその他の不可避不純物であって、その溶融塩はLiF−SnF2系、NaF−SnF2系、KF−SnF2系、LIF−NaF−SnF2系、LiF−KF−SnF2系、NaF−KF−SnF2系、LiF−NaF−KF−SnF2系の何れかを主成分とする融点の低い成分系を用い、アルカリ金属テトラフルオロホウ酸塩としてはNaBF4、LiBF4、KBF4の1種以上を用い、かつ浴容器類を負極とし、冷却材浴を正極とする溶融塩型冷却系を構成し、供用運転中の浴成分の安定化通電を行う事を特徴とする原子力発電用冷却系の冷却方法。
- 熱媒体溶融塩として、請求項1の溶融塩を用い、溶融塩浴中のSnF 4 生成防止用に、塩浴全量に対し50mol%以下の金属のSn、Zn、Al、Mgの1種以上を浴成分酸化防止の観点から添加するか、容器類の少なくとも1部に、塩浴全量に対し50mol%以下の範囲で被膜を形成しておき、かつ浴容器類を負極とし、冷却材浴を正極とする溶融塩と金属相との混成融合型冷却系を構成し、供用運転中の浴成分の安定化と金属成分による容器類腐食を防止するための通電を行う事を特徴とする原子力発電用冷却系の冷却方法。
