Description
本実施形態におけるガイドワイヤ1は、例えばカテーテル治療に用いられるカテーテルを血管内部の所望の箇所へと導くための医療用のガイドワイヤであって、図1に示すように、主にコアワイヤ10、非造影コイル20、および造影コイル30などにより構成される。
次に、本発明を具現化するガイドワイヤについて、母材および親水性被膜層間の結合に関する耐久性を判断するために、本発明者が行った検証実験について説明する。

Claims (5)
- 線状に延びる母材と、
前記母材が処理液に浸漬されることで前記母材の外周面に形成される酸化被膜層と、
前記酸化被膜層の外周面に隣接して形成される親水性被膜層と、
を有する積層構造を備えるガイドワイヤ。 - 前記母材がステンレススチール製の芯線である、
請求項1に記載のガイドワイヤ。 - 前記酸化被膜層は有色であるとともに、
前記親水性被膜層は前記酸化被膜層の色を視認可能に形成される、
請求項1または請求項2に記載のガイドワイヤ。 - 前記酸化被膜層および前記親水性被膜層は化学結合によって互いに結合されている、
請求項1〜請求項3の何れか一項に記載のガイドワイヤ。 - 前記処理液は酸化剤を含有するとともに、
前記親水性被膜層はカルボニル基を含む親水性ポリマー、または、ポリビニルピロリドンを含有する処理液によって処理される、
請求項1〜請求項4の何れか一項に記載のガイドワイヤ。
