Abstract
【解決手段】冷却装置に異常が生じたときに高電圧系電圧VHとモータ逆起電圧Vmを比較する(S220)。高電圧系電圧VHが逆起電圧Vm以上のときには、電圧VHを目標電圧VH*に、電圧VHの逆起電圧を生じる車速を車速制限Vlimに設定する(S230,S240)。電圧VHが逆起電圧V未満のときには、逆起電圧Vmを目標電圧VH*に、そのときの車速Vを車速制限Vlimに設定する(S250,S260)。そして、電圧制御を行なうと共に車速Vが車速制限Vlim以下となるようモータを駆動制御する。これにより、モータに対して弱め界磁制御が実施され、インバータの素子に電流が流れて素子が過熱するのを抑制することができる。

前記モータを駆動するインバータと、
前記インバータに接続されたバッテリと、
前記インバータを冷却する冷却装置と、
を備える電動車両において、
前記冷却装置に異常が生じたときには、前記モータによる誘起電圧が前記バッテリ側から前記インバータに入力される入力電圧以下となる車速を車速制限として設定し、前記車速制限の範囲内で走行するよう前記モータを制御する制御手段、
を備えることを特徴とする。

・モータ32とインバータ34とを接続する電力ラインに取り付けられた電流センサからのモータ32の各相の相電流Iu,Iv,Iw

・バッテリ36の出力端子に取り付けられた電流センサからの電池電流Ib

Claims (5)
- 走行用の動力を入出力するモータと、
前記モータを駆動するインバータと、
前記インバータに接続されたバッテリと、
前記インバータを冷却する冷却装置と、
を備える電動車両において、
前記冷却装置に異常が生じたときには、前記モータによる誘起電圧が前記バッテリ側から前記インバータに入力される入力電圧以下となる車速を車速制限として設定し、前記車速制限の範囲内で走行するよう前記モータを制御する制御手段、
を備えることを特徴とする電動車両。 - 請求項1記載の電動車両であって、
前記制御手段は、前記モータが前記入力電圧に相当する誘起電圧を生じる車速を前記車速制限として設定する手段である、
電動車両。 - 請求項1記載の電動車両であって、
前記制御手段は、前記冷却装置に異常が生じたときの前記誘起電圧が前記入力電圧以下のときには、前記冷却装置に異常が生じたときの車速を前記車速制限として設定する手段である、
電動車両。 - 請求項1記載の電動車両であって、
前記バッテリと前記インバータとの間に取り付けられ、前記バッテリ側の電力を昇圧して前記インバータ側に供給する昇圧動作と前記インバータ側の電力を降圧して前記バッテリ側に供給する降圧動作とが可能な電力変換手段を備え、
前記制御手段は、前記冷却装置に異常が生じたときの前記誘起電圧が前記入力電圧以下のときには、そのときの入力電圧が保持されるよう前記電力変換手段を制御し、前記モータが前記入力電圧以下の第1電圧に相当する誘起電圧を生じる車速を前記車速制限として設定する手段である、
電動車両。 - 請求項4記載の電動車両であって、
前記制御手段は、前記冷却装置に異常が生じたときの前記誘起電圧が前記入力電圧より大きいときには、前記入力電圧が前記誘起電圧以上の第2電圧となるように前記電力変換手段を制御すると共に前記モータから前記第2電圧に相当する誘起電圧を生じる車速を前記車速制限として設定する手段である、
