Claims (4)
- 駆動源と動力伝達部材との間の動力伝達経路を断接する断接機構としての第1噛合クラッチと、副駆動輪と前記動力伝達部材との間の動力伝達経路を断接する断接機構としての第2噛合クラッチとを備え、前記第1噛合クラッチおよび前記第2噛合クラッチが解放されることにより前記駆動源から左右の主駆動輪へ駆動力を伝達する2輪駆動状態と、前記第1噛合クラッチおよび前記第2噛合クラッチが係合されることにより前記駆動源から左右の副駆動輪へも駆動力を伝達する4輪駆動状態とが選択されるディスコネクト機能付の4輪駆動車両であって、
前記第1噛合クラッチが係合させられるのに先立って前記第1噛合クラッチの前記駆動源側の噛合歯の回転と前記第1噛合クラッチの前記動力伝達部材側の噛合歯の回転とを同期させる同期機構を備え、
前記第1噛合クラッチおよび前記第2噛合クラッチが解放されたディスコネクト状態から、そのディスコネクト状態を解除するディスコネクト解除時に、前記同期機構によって前記第1噛合クラッチの噛合歯の回転を同期させてその第1噛合クラッチを係合させ、その後に前記第2噛合クラッチを係合させるものであり、
前記第1噛合クラッチの前記駆動源側の噛合歯の歯幅全体には、前記4輪駆動車両の前進走行時に前記駆動源側の噛合歯が回転する方向に対し、回転軸線方向の長さが増加する斜面が形成され、前記第1噛合クラッチの前記動力伝達部材側の噛合歯の歯幅全体には、前記回転する方向に対し、回転軸線方向の長さが減少する斜面が形成されることを特徴とする4輪駆動車両。 - 前記第2噛合クラッチの噛合歯は、前記4輪駆動車両の前進走行時に前記副駆動輪側の噛合歯が回転する方向に対し、前記動力伝達部材側の噛合歯も前記副駆動輪側の噛合歯も、回転軸線方向の長さが変わらないフラット形状をもってなる請求項1の4輪駆動車両。
- 前記第2噛合クラッチには、前記回転軸線方向の長さが長短の噛合歯が前記回転する方向に交互に配置される請求項2の4輪駆動車両。
- 前記4輪駆動車両の後退時には、前記ディスコネクト解除を行わない請求項1から3のいずれか1の4輪駆動車両。
