Claims (9)
- 下面が開放された箱状に形成される上部フレームと、
前記上部フレームの内部に固定設置される一対の固定接点と、
前記一対の固定接点に接離して回路を通電又は遮断する可動接点と、
前記上部フレームの一部に配置される一対の永久磁石と、
前記一対の永久磁石を前記上部フレームに固定するように前記上部フレームの一部に結合される永久磁石ホルダとを含み、
前記上部フレームの前面及び背面の外側にそれぞれ第1及び第2収容部が備えられ、前記一対の永久磁石が前記第1及び第2収容部に配置され、
前記永久磁石ホルダは、コ字状に形成され、前記一対の永久磁石を前記上部フレームの外部に固定するように前記上部フレームの上部に結合される、電磁開閉器。 - 前記第1及び第2収容部は、前記永久磁石の少なくとも一部を収容できる厚さと広さに形成される凹部を有する、請求項1に記載の電磁開閉器。
- 前記上部フレームの上面には、前記永久磁石ホルダが固定されるホルダ挿入部が形成される、請求項1又は2に記載の電磁開閉器。
- 前記ホルダ挿入部は、ニ字状に突設される一対の突出部間に形成される溝部で構成される、請求項3に記載の電磁開閉器。
- 前記ホルダ挿入部は、前記上部フレームの前面に一部が突出して支持部を形成する、請求項3又は4に記載の電磁開閉器。
- 前記永久磁石ホルダは、前記上部フレームの上面で前記上部フレームの長手方向と交差するように形成される本体部と、前記本体部の両端部からそれぞれ垂直下方に延設される脚部とから構成される、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の電磁開閉器。
- 前記永久磁石ホルダの両端部には、それぞれ前記第1及び第2収容部の下端部に係止される係止部が折曲形成される、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の電磁開閉器。
- 前記永久磁石ホルダの両端部には、それぞれ前記永久磁石に接触圧力を加える密着部が形成される、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の電磁開閉器。
- 前記永久磁石ホルダの一部には、ハンドル部が設けられる、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の電磁開閉器。
