Abstract
Description
本発明の好ましい態様は、前記前縁部の厚さに対する前記前側曲面の曲率半径の比が1/4以上1/2以下の範囲にあることを特徴とする。
本発明の好ましい態様は、前記前縁部の厚さに対する前記前側曲面の曲率半径の比は、前記ハブからの距離に従って徐々に大きくなることを特徴とする。
本発明の好ましい態様は、前記後縁部は、前記前縁部の外端に接続された前記後縁部の始端から前記後縁部の終端まで形成される前側角部と後側角部とを有することを特徴とする。
図1は本発明の一実施形態に係る渦巻ポンプの概略断面図である。図1に示される渦巻ポンプは、例えば、下水管を流れる汚水などの液体を移送するために用いられる。図1に示すように、渦巻ポンプは回転軸11の端部に固定された羽根車1と、羽根車1を収容する羽根車ケーシング5とを有する。回転軸11は、モータ20によって回転され、羽根車1は羽根車ケーシング5内で回転軸11と一体に回転する。モータ20と羽根車1との間には、メカニカルシール21が配置されている。このメカニカルシール21により、液体がモータ20に浸入することが防止される。

Claims (6)
- 回転軸と一体に回転する羽根車と、
吸込口とボリュート室を有する羽根車ケーシングと、を備え、
前記羽根車ケーシングの内面には、前記吸込口から前記ボリュート室まで延びる溝が形成され、
前記羽根車は、
前記回転軸が固定されるハブと、
前記ハブから螺旋状に延びる後退翼と、を有し、
前記後退翼は、
前記ハブから螺旋状に延びる前縁部と、
前記前縁部から螺旋状に延びる後縁部と、を有し、
前記前縁部は、該前縁部の内端から外端にわたって形成される前側曲面を有することを特徴とする渦巻ポンプ。 - 前記前縁部の厚さに対する前記前側曲面の曲率半径の比が1/7以上1/2以下の範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の渦巻ポンプ。
- 前記前縁部の厚さに対する前記前側曲面の曲率半径の比が1/4以上1/2以下の範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の渦巻ポンプ。
- 前記前縁部の厚さに対する前記前側曲面の曲率半径の比は、前記ハブからの距離に従って徐々に大きくなることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の渦巻ポンプ。
- 前記前縁部は、該前縁部の内端から外端にわたって形成される後側曲面を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の渦巻ポンプ。
- 前記後縁部は、前記前縁部の外端に接続された前記後縁部の始端から前記後縁部の終端まで形成される前側角部と後側角部とを有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の渦巻ポンプ。
