Abstract
Description
成形材料を加熱するシリンダと、前記シリンダ内に回転自在に配設されるスクリュとを有する、射出装置であって、
前記スクリュは、回転軸と、前記回転軸の外周から突出する螺旋状のフライトとを有し、前記回転軸の回転によって前記回転軸に沿って上流側から下流側に成形材料を送るものであり、
前記フライトは、螺旋状の第1フライト部と、前記第1フライト部よりも下流側に配される螺旋状の第2フライト部とを有し、
前記第2フライト部は、頂部の上流側端部の高さよりも頂部の下流側端部の高さが低い異径フライト部であり、
前記第2フライト部のピッチに対する前記第2フライト部のフライト幅の割合が、前記第1フライト部のピッチに対する前記第1フライト部のフライト幅の割合よりも大きい、射出装置が提供される。

Claims (10)
- 成形材料を加熱するシリンダと、前記シリンダ内に回転自在に配設されるスクリュとを有する、射出装置であって、
前記スクリュは、回転軸と、前記回転軸の外周から突出する螺旋状のフライトとを有し、前記回転軸の回転によって前記回転軸に沿って上流側から下流側に成形材料を送るものであり、
前記フライトは、螺旋状の第1フライト部と、前記第1フライト部よりも下流側に配される螺旋状の第2フライト部とを有し、
前記第2フライト部は、頂部の上流側端部の高さよりも頂部の下流側端部の高さが低い異径フライト部であり、
前記第2フライト部のピッチに対する前記第2フライト部のフライト幅の割合が、前記第1フライト部のピッチに対する前記第1フライト部のフライト幅の割合よりも大きい、射出装置。 - 前記第2フライト部のフライト幅は、前記第1フライト部のフライト幅よりも大きい、請求項1に記載の射出装置。
- 前記第2フライト部のピッチは、前記第1フライト部のピッチよりも小さい、請求項1または2に記載の射出装置。
- 前記第1フライト部は、頂部の上流側端部から頂部の下流側端部にかけて高さが同じ同径フライト部である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の射出装置。
- 前記スクリュは、前記フライトにより形成される溝を区画する螺旋状の区画フライトを有し、
前記区画フライトの上流端は、前記第2フライト部の下流端よりも上流側に配される、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の射出装置。 - 前記区画フライトの上流端は、前記第2フライト部の上流端よりも上流側に配される、請求項5に記載の射出装置。
- 前記区画フライトの上流端は、前記フライトの上流端よりも下流側に配される、請求項5または6に記載の射出装置。
- 前記区画フライトの下流端は、前記第2フライト部の下流端よりも上流側に配される、請求項5〜7のいずれか1項に記載の射出装置。
- 前記区画フライトの下流端は、前記第2フライト部の上流端よりも上流側に配される、請求項5〜8のいずれか1項に記載の射出装置。
- 回転軸と、前記回転軸の外周から突出する螺旋状のフライトとを有し、前記回転軸の回転によって前記回転軸に沿って上流側から下流側に成形材料を送るスクリュであって、
前記フライトは、螺旋状の第1フライト部と、前記第1フライト部よりも下流側に配される螺旋状の第2フライト部とを有し、
前記第2フライト部は、頂部の上流側端部の高さよりも頂部の下流側端部の高さが低い異径フライト部であり、
前記第2フライト部のピッチに対する前記第2フライト部のフライト幅の割合が、前記第1フライト部のピッチに対する前記第1フライト部のフライト幅の割合よりも大きい、スクリュ。
