Claims (8)
- 一方向に搬送されるフィルムの表面に加熱空気を吹き付ける空気噴射部材であって、
加熱空気が流通可能なダクトと、前記ダクトの側壁を貫通し前記フィルムの前記表面と対向する噴射孔と、前記ダクトの前記側壁の内面に設けられた整流部材と、を有し、
前記整流部材は、前記ダクトの内部及び前記噴射孔と連通する整流流路を形成する、空気噴射部材。 - 前記整流部材は該整流部材を貫通する少なくとも1つの前記整流流路を有する、請求項1に記載の空気噴射部材。
- 前記整流流路と前記噴射孔は同軸で直径dの円形の流路断面を有し、前記整流流路の流路長をx0、前記ダクトの肉厚をtとしたときに、0.3≦(x0+t)/d≦4.0の関係を満たす、請求項2に記載の空気噴射部材。
- 0.3≦(x0+t)/d≦0.6の関係を満たす、請求項3に記載の空気噴射部材。
- 互いに隣り合う2つの前記整流部材を有し、前記2つの整流部材の間に、複数の前記噴射孔と連通するスリット状の前記整流流路が形成されている、請求項1に記載の空気噴射部材。
- 各々が複数の前記噴射孔からなる複数の噴射孔列を有し、各噴射孔列を形成する複数の前記噴射孔は前記フィルムの搬送方向と直交する方向に配列し、前記複数の噴射孔列は前記フィルムの搬送方向に配列している、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の空気噴射部材。
- 複数の前記噴射孔を有し、前記複数の噴射孔は、隣接する辺同士が全長で重なるように配置された複数の正三角形の各頂点に位置し、かつ前記フィルムの搬送方向に互いに重ならないように配置されている、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の空気噴射部材。
- フィルムを一方向に搬送しながら、前記フィルムの表面に空気噴射部材から加熱空気を吹き付けて前記フィルムを加熱する工程を含むフィルムの製造方法であって、
前記空気噴射部材は、加熱空気が流通可能なダクトと、前記ダクトの側壁を貫通し前記フィルムの前記表面と対向する噴射孔と、前記ダクトの前記側壁の内面に設けられた整流部材と、を有し、前記整流部材は、前記ダクトの内部及び前記噴射孔と連通する整流流路を形成する、フィルムの製造方法。
