Abstract
Description
本発明のアゾメチン金属錯体の固溶体は、原料として、2−ヒドロキシ−1−ナフトアルデヒドと2−アミノフェノールとを縮合し、銅金属および亜鉛金属で錯塩化した化合物を顔料化することで得られるアゾメチン金属錯体の固溶体である。

2−ヒドロキシ−1−ナフトアルデヒド(和光純薬工業株式会社製)44.3部、2−アミノフェノール(和光純薬工業株式会社製)27.3部を入れたビーカーに、水1000部を加えて5分間撹拌した。25%苛性ソーダ(伊勢久株式会社製)41.4部を水100部で希釈した溶液を加え、5分間撹拌した後、亜硫酸水素ナトリウム(和光純薬工業株式会社製)38.6部を加えた。60分かけて90℃まで昇温し、90℃で15分間加熱撹拌した。ろ過、水洗して得られたウェットケーキを水1300部で分散させてスラリー化した。一方、硫酸銅無水物32.4部を水160部に、硫酸亜鉛七水和物(和光純薬工業株式会社製)14.3部を水40部に溶解させた後、各々に28%水酸化アンモニウム(和光純薬工業株式会社製)を加え、最初に析出した沈殿物が再溶解するまで添加した。それら水溶液をスラリーに加えて、60分かけて90℃まで昇温し、90℃で120分間加熱撹拌した。ろ過、水洗して、60℃の乾燥機で17時間乾燥した。得られた固形物をジューサーミキサーで粉砕し、黄緑色の生成物78.9部を得た。

(グラビアインキ評価方法)
3mmガラスビーズ90部、実施例1〜4で得たアゾメチン金属錯体の固溶体6.0部、塩酢ビ樹脂系グラビアインキ用ワニス6.0部、ポリウレタン樹脂溶液9.0部、メチルエチルケトン5.4部、トルエン5.4部を100mlポリビンに入れ、東洋精機株式会社製 ペイントコンディショナーで60分間分散した。その後、上記のポリウレタン樹脂溶液10.2部、メチルエチルケトン9.0部、トルエン9.0部を追加し、さらに60分間分散した。このグラビアインキをバーコーターNo.6でPETフィルムに展色した。比較例1、2で得たアゾメチン金属錯体についても、上記と同様にしてインキを作製して、PETフィルムに展色した。
