Abstract
Description
このような過程を介して車両充電装置の内部に設けられたリレー部のスイッチング動作が安定的に行われるため、リレー融着による車両の損失を未然に防止することができる。
Claims (11)
- 車両を充電するための電力を供給するために外部電源と前記車両との間に連結される車両充電装置であって、
前記車両に供給される電流の正常範囲の可否を感知するための感知部と、
前記感知部を通過した電流が前記車両側に供給されることを選択的に遮断するリレー部と、
前記リレー部と並列に連結されて前記感知部を通過した電流に対するバイパス回路を選択的に形成するバイパス部と、
前記感知部を介して測定される電流値に応じて前記バイパス部とリレー部の動作を制御する制御部と、を含む車両充電装置。 - 前記バイパス部は前記感知部によって予め設定された正常範囲を逸脱する電流が感知された場合にターンオンされる2つのトランジスタで構成される、請求項1に記載の車両充電装置。
- 前記バイパス部は前記リレー部にそれぞれ並列に連結される第1バイパス部と第2バイパス部を含む、請求項1に記載の車両充電装置。
- 前記第1及び第2バイパス部それぞれは複数のMOSFETで形成されるスイッチを含む、請求項3に記載の車両充電装置。
- 前記第1及び第2バイパス部それぞれは前記MOSFETをターンオンするためのオプトカプラを含む、請求項4に記載の車両充電装置。
- 前記制御部は前記バイパス部がターンオン状態を維持する間に前記リレー部のスイッチングオフ動作が行われるように制御する、請求項1に記載の車両充電装置。
- 前記制御部は前記感知部を介して伝達される電流値を読み込んで前記バイパス部のターンオン可否を決定するメイン制御部と、前記メイン制御部の制御に応じて前記バイパス部を構成するトランジスタをターンオンするバイパス制御部と、前記リレー部の動作を制御するリレー制御部と、を含む、請求項6に記載の車両充電装置。
- リレー回路のオン又はオフスイッチング動作によって車両を充電するための電流が選択的に提供されるようにする車両充電装置の内部回路の保護法方であって、
前記車両充電装置内に提供される電流の異常可否を感知するステップと、
前記感知結果に応じて前記リレー回路と並列に連結されるバイパス回路を形成するステップと、
前記バイパス回路が形成される間に前記リレー回路のスイッチング動作が行われるステップと、を含む車両充電装置の内部回路の保護方法。 - 前記バイパス回路を形成するステップは、前記リレー回路に対してそれぞれ並列に連結される第1及び第2バイパス部がターンオンされるステップを含み、
前記第1及び第2バイパス部それぞれは一対のトランジスタで構成される、請求項8に記載の車両充電装置の内部回路の保護方法。 - 前記第1及び第2バイパス部それぞれは電気的信号によって前記トランジスタをターンオンするオプトカプラを更に含む、請求項9に記載の車両充電装置の内部回路の保護方法。
- 前記リレー回路の状態を確認するステップと、
前記リレー回路がオフされた場合、前記バイパス回路を分離するステップと、を更に含む、請求項8に記載の車両充電装置の内部回路の保護方法。
