Abstract
【解決手段】複数の単位セルCを接続してなる高電圧バッテリ11と、高電圧バッテリ11と負荷との間に介在して、高電圧バッテリ11からの電圧を降圧する電力変換器15と、電力変換器15での降圧を行うための降圧制御を実行するバッテリパックECU13と、高電圧バッテリ11、電力変換器15、及びバッテリパックECU13を収納する筐体Bと、を備えるバッテリパック10。高電圧バッテリ11の電圧及び温度の少なくとも一方を検出するためのセンサ14を筐体B内に備え、バッテリパックECU13はセンサ14からの信号に基いて、高電圧バッテリ11を監視すると共に、センサ14からの信号に基づいて降圧制御を行うバッテリパック10。

Claims (7)
- 複数の単位セルを接続してなる高電圧バッテリと、
前記高電圧バッテリと負荷との間に介在して、前記高電圧バッテリからの電圧を降圧する降圧回路と、
前記降圧回路での降圧を行うための降圧制御を実行する制御部と、
前記高電圧バッテリ、前記降圧回路、及び前記制御部を収納する筐体と、
を備えることを特徴とするバッテリパック。 - 前記高電圧バッテリの電圧及び温度の少なくとも一方を検出するためのセンサを前記筐体内に更に備え、
前記制御部は、前記センサからの信号に基づいて前記高電圧バッテリを監視すると共に、前記センサからの信号に基づいて前記降圧制御を調整する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。 - 前記高電圧バッテリと前記負荷との間に介在し、これらを電気的に導通又は遮断させるスイッチモジュールを前記筐体内にさらに備え、
前記制御部は、前記スイッチモジュールにて導通又は遮断させるための駆動制御を実行する
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2のいずれかに記載のバッテリパック。 - 前記制御部は、1つのマイコンによって構成されている

前記筐体は、前記高電圧バッテリの設置位置と前記降圧回路の設置位置とを結ぶ方向の両端側の壁部に開口が形成され、
前記ファンは、前記筐体内における前記高電圧バッテリの近い方の開口と前記高電圧バッテリとの間に設けられ、他方の開口側に向けて送風する
