Claims (7)
- 紫外線が照射されることにより硬化する紫外線硬化型の液体を液滴として吐出するノズルを複数備えた液滴吐出ヘッドを駆動する駆動手段と、
前記液滴吐出ヘッドから吐出された液滴に前記紫外線を照射する紫外線光源から前記紫外線を照射中の場合、複数の前記ノズルのうち前記液滴を非吐出のノズルについては、前記非吐出のノズルの吐出面から前記液体を引き込むための引き込み用駆動信号を供給するように前記駆動手段を制御する制御手段と、
を備えた液滴吐出ヘッドの駆動装置。 - 前記制御手段は、前記液滴吐出ヘッドが休止中の場合は、前記引き込み用駆動信号を前記非吐出のノズルに供給した場合よりも大きく前記液体を引き込むための休止用駆動信号を全ての前記ノズルに供給するように前記駆動手段を制御する
請求項1記載の液滴吐出ヘッドの駆動装置。 - 前記制御手段は、前記液滴吐出ヘッドが休止中の場合は、前記液滴吐出ヘッドへの前記液体の供給を停止させる
請求項2記載の液滴吐出ヘッドの駆動装置。 - 前記引き込み用駆動信号は、複数のパルス信号を含み、前記パルス信号のパルス幅が、前記液滴吐出ヘッドの固有周期の1/4以下であり、且つ、前記複数のパルス信号のパルス間隔が、前記固有周期の1/2以下である
請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の液滴吐出ヘッドの駆動装置。 - 紫外線が照射されることにより硬化する紫外線硬化型の液体を液滴として吐出するノズルを複数備えた液滴吐出ヘッドと、
前記液滴吐出ヘッドから吐出された液滴に前記紫外線を照射する紫外線光源と、
請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の液滴吐出ヘッドの駆動装置と、
を備えたプリンタ。 - 前記液体は、三次元造形物を造形するためのモデル材であり、
前記紫外線が照射されることにより硬化する紫外線硬化型のサポート材であって、前記モデル材により造形される三次元造形物の造形を補助するサポート材を吐出するサポート材吐出ヘッド
を更に備えた請求項5記載のプリンタ。 - コンピュータを、請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の液滴吐出ヘッドの駆動装置の制御手段として機能させるための液滴吐出ヘッドの駆動プログラム。
