Claims (8)
- 紫外線を照射する紫外線光源と、
紫外線硬化型のモデル材を吐出するモデル材吐出手段と、
紫外線硬化型のサポート材であって、前記モデル材により造形される三次元造形物の造形を補助するサポート材を吐出するサポート材吐出手段と、
前記紫外線光源、前記モデル材吐出手段、及び前記サポート材吐出手段と、前記三次元造形物が造形される造形台と、の少なくとも一方を駆動する駆動手段と、
前記三次元造形物の造形データに従って前記モデル材が前記造形台に積層され且つ硬化するように前記モデル材吐出手段、前記紫外線光源、及び前記駆動手段を制御すると共に、前記三次元造形物の高低差が予め定めた閾値以下となるように前記サポート材が吐出されるように前記サポート材吐出手段を制御する制御手段と、
を備え、
前記閾値は、前記モデル材吐出手段又は前記サポート材吐出手段と、前記紫外線光源と、の距離であって、前記紫外線の照射方向と交差する方向における距離と、前記モデル材又は前記サポート材の照度上限値と、から定まる、
積層造形装置。 - 前記閾値は、前記紫外線の反射光が前記モデル材吐出手段及び前記サポート材吐出手段に到達しない高低差である
請求項1に記載の積層造形装置。 - 前記サポート材を吐出するためのサポート材吐出データを生成する生成手段
を備えた請求項1または請求項2に記載の積層造形装置。 - 前記紫外線の照射方向が、前記モデル材吐出手段及び前記サポート材吐出手段の少なくとも一方から遠ざかる方向を向くように、前記紫外線光源を傾けた
請求項1から請求項3までの何れか1項に記載の積層造形装置。 - 前記紫外線を検出する紫外線検出手段を備え、
前記制御手段は、前記紫外線検出手段により検出された前記紫外線の強度が予め定めた強度以上の場合に、前記サポート材が吐出されるように前記サポート材吐出手段を制御する
請求項1から請求項4までの何れか1項に記載の積層造形装置。 - 前記制御手段は、前記サポート材が吐出された領域が粗面となるように、前記サポート材の吐出タイミングが変化するように前記サポート材吐出手段を制御する
請求項1から請求項5までの何れか1項に記載の積層造形装置。 - 前記サポート材が、顔料及び染料の少なくとも一方を含む
請求項1から請求項6までの何れか1項に記載の積層造形装置。 - コンピュータを、請求項1から請求項7までの何れか1項に記載の積層造形装置の制御手段として機能させるための積層造形プログラム。
