Claims (11)
- カラムを通過した試料ガスが導入され、測定対象成分を酸化して所定の中間成分に変換して導出する酸化反応部と、
前記酸化反応部から前記中間成分が導出される中間ガス流路とを具備し、
前記中間ガス流路上又は前記酸化反応部の上流側に、測定非関連成分と反応する反応剤が設けられており、
前記反応剤が金属元素を含み、該金属元素は酸素のみとの酸化物の分解温度が1000℃以下のものであることを特徴とするガスクロマトグラフ用中間処理装置。 - 前記反応剤が、測定非関連成分であるハロゲン化合物、又は、硫黄化合物と反応する金属元素を含む請求項1記載のガスクロマトグラフ用中間処理装置。
- 前記反応剤が、担体に担持されて前記中間ガス流路上に設けられている請求項1又は2記載のガスクロマトグラフ用中間処理装置。
- 前記反応剤が、粒状に形成された担体に担持されて該担体とともに粒状体を構成しており、
前記中間ガス流路内に複数の粒状体が充填されている請求項1乃至3いずれかに記載のガスクロマトグラフ用中間処理装置。 - 前記担体が合成材である請求項3又は4記載のガスクロマトグラフ用中間処理装置。
- 前記中間ガス流路において前記反応剤が設けられている部分の配管の少なくとも一部が、透明又は半透明に形成されている請求項1乃至5いずれかに記載のガスクロマトグラフ用中間処理装置。
- 前記反応剤に含まれる金属元素が、銀である請求項1乃至6いずれかに記載のガスクロマトグラフ用中間処理装置。
- カラムを通過した試料ガスが導入され、測定対象成分を酸化して所定の中間成分に変換して導出する酸化反応部と、
前記酸化反応部から前記中間成分が導出される中間ガス流路とを具備し、
前記中間ガス流路上に、測定非関連成分と反応する反応剤が設けられており、
前記反応剤が、金属元素として銀を含むことを特徴とするガスクロマトグラフ用中間処理装置。 - 前記中間ガス流路から前記中間成分が導入され、該中間成分を還元して所定の誘導体に変換して導出する還元反応部をさらに備えた請求項1乃至8いずれかに記載のガスクロマトグラフ用中間処理装置。
- 前記金属元素と酸素のみとの酸化物の分解温度が20℃以上1000℃以下である請求項1乃至9いずれかに記載のガスクロマトグラフ用中間処理装置。
- 請求項1乃至10いずれかに記載のガスクロマトグラフ用中間処理装置と、
試料ガスを通過させて該試料ガスに含まれる各種測定対象成分を分離するカラムと、
前記酸化反応部から導出される前記中間成分、又は、還元反応部から導出される誘導体を測定して前記測定対象成分を分析する分析部とを備えたガスクロマトグラフ。
