Claims (9)
- アルカリアルミノホウケイ酸ガラスであって、650℃から725℃未満の範囲にある軟化点、および少なくとも300gの圧子損傷閾値を有し、B 2 O 3 /Al 2 O 3 比が1.2超であり、リチウム、アルカリ土類金属、鉛、ヒ素、およびアンチモンを含まない、アルカリアルミノホウケイ酸ガラス。
- 圧縮応力下にある表面層、および3000gから10,000gまでの範囲の圧子損傷閾値を有する、請求項1記載のアルカリアルミノホウケイ酸ガラス。
- 前記表面層が、イオン交換されており、少なくとも20μmの層の深さおよび少なくとも700MPaの圧縮応力を有する、請求項2記載のアルカリアルミノホウケイ酸ガラス。
- 50〜70モル%のSiO2、5〜15モル%のAl2O3、5〜20モル%のB2O3、0〜20モル%のNa2O、および0〜10モル%のK2Oを含む、請求項1から3いずれか1項記載のアルカリアルミノホウケイ酸ガラス。
- イオン交換され、圧縮応力下にある表面層を有するアルカリアルミノホウケイ酸ガラスであって、850℃〜900℃までの範囲の軟化点、および少なくとも5kgの圧子損傷閾値を有し、R’ 2 O 3 /R 2 O比が1.5から1.7までの範囲にあり、R 2 O/Al 2 O 3 比が0.95から1.10までの範囲にあり、式中、R’ 2 O 3 =Al 2 O 3 +B 2 O 3 およびR 2 O=Li 2 O+Na 2 O+K 2 Oであり、アルカリ土類金属、鉛、ヒ素、およびアンチモンを含まない、アルカリアルミノホウケイ酸ガラス。

- 少なくとも135キロポアズ(kP)の液相線粘度を有する、請求項1または5記載のアルカリアルミノホウケイ酸ガラス。
