Abstract
【解決手段】流体圧ユニット10を構成するフィルタ12、レギュレータ14及びルブリケータ16を互いに連結する接続装置18a、18bは、孔部98を有したベース部材86と、前記ベース部材86の一側面及び他側面に装着される一対の第1及び第2締結部材88、90と、前記第1及び第2締結部材88、90に保持される第1及び第2ホルダ92、94とを備える。そして、フィルタ12、レギュレータ14及びルブリケータ16の係合用突部にそれぞれ第1及び第2ホルダ92、94を係合させ、第1及び第2締結部材88、90に第1及び第2ナット126、128を螺合させることにより、前記第1及び第2ホルダ92、94を介して流体圧機器同士を連結する。その際、第1ホルダ92と第1ナット126はキャップ150に被嵌される。

一方の流体通路と他方の流体通路とを相互に連通させる孔部を備えたベース部材と、
前記孔部の軸方向と直交した前記ベース部材の一側面及び他側面に設けられ、一方及び他方の流体圧機器にそれぞれ設けられた突部に係合する一対の保持部が設けられた一組のホルダと、
前記ベース部材の一側面及び他側面に設けられ、前記ホルダを固定可能な一組の締結部材と、
を有し、
前記締結部材は、断面略長方形状に形成され前記ベース部材に係合する本体部と、前記本体部に対して突出し前記ホルダに挿通されるねじ部とを有し、前記一組のホルダの少なくとも一方には、前記ねじ部が挿入されてナットが螺合すると共にキャップが被嵌されることを特徴とする。

Claims (5)
- 一方及び他方の流体圧機器の間に配設され、流体圧機器同士を一体的に連結することにより、一方及び他方の流体圧機器の各流体通路を相互に連通させる流体圧機器の接続装置であって、
一方の流体通路と他方の流体通路とを相互に連通させる孔部を備えたベース部材と、
前記孔部の軸方向と直交した前記ベース部材の一側面及び他側面に設けられ、一方及び他方の流体圧機器にそれぞれ設けられた突部に係合する一対の保持部が設けられた一組のホルダと、
前記ベース部材の一側面及び他側面に設けられ、前記ホルダを固定可能な一組の締結部材と、
を有し、
前記締結部材は、断面略長方形状に形成され前記ベース部材に係合する本体部と、前記本体部に対して突出し前記ホルダに挿通されるねじ部とを有し、前記一組のホルダの少なくとも一方には、前記ねじ部が挿入されてナットが螺合すると共にキャップが被嵌されることを特徴とする流体圧機器の接続装置。 - 請求項1記載の接続装置において、
前記キャップには、前記一方のホルダとナットとが収装される室が設けられると共に、前記室と連通して前記ナットの頭部が挿通される貫通孔が形成されていることを特徴とする流体圧機器の接続装置。 - 請求項2記載の接続装置において、
前記キャップの貫通孔が形成される面と反対側の面は外部に開放された傾斜面が設けられ、前記一方のホルダの保持部が前記傾斜面に当接して前記キャップとナットとホルダとが一体化されることを特徴とする流体圧機器の接続装置。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の接続装置において、
前記ナットはフランジ部を有し、前記ねじ部に螺行するナットの前記頭部を回転させることにより前記フランジ部と係合する前記キャップと共に前記ホルダを保持することを特徴とする流体圧機器の接続装置。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の接続装置において、
前記キャップは樹脂製の一体成形品であることを特徴とする流体圧機器の接続装置。
