Description
貫通孔が設けられた弁体と、
弁体を回動自在に収容する弁室が設けられ流体流入口を有するボディ本体と、
流体流入口に連通する流体流出口を有しボディ本体に固着されるストッパと、
弁体を弁室内で回動させて流体流入口と流体流出口とを連通遮断するハンドルと、
ボディ本体内に設けられ、弁体に摺接すると共に流体流入口と流体流出口とに連通する貫通孔が設けられたスリーブと、
を備え、
スリーブの弁体に臨む面に環状溝を設け、環状溝に弁体に摺接するシート部材を配設することを特徴とする。

Claims (8)
- 貫通孔が設けられた弁体と、
前記弁体を回動自在に収容する弁室が設けられ流体流入口を有するボディ本体と、
前記流体流入口に連通する流体流出口を有し前記ボディ本体に固着されるストッパと、
前記弁体を前記弁室内で回動させて前記流体流入口と前記流体流出口とを連通遮断するハンドルと、
前記ボディ本体内に設けられ、前記弁体に摺接すると共に前記流体流入口と流体流出口とに連通する貫通孔が設けられたスリーブと、
を備え、
前記スリーブの前記弁体に臨む面に環状溝を設け、前記環状溝に前記弁体に摺接するシート部材を配設する
ことを特徴とする流路開閉弁。 - 請求項1記載の流路開閉弁において、前記ボディ本体に前記スリーブの環状溝に対向する別異の環状溝を設け、前記別異の環状溝に前記シート部材に対向する別異のシート部材を設け、前記別異のシート部材は前記弁体に摺接することを特徴とする流路開閉弁。
- 請求項1記載の流路開閉弁において、前記スリーブの環状溝にあって前記シート部材に接するように弾性部材を設けることを特徴とする流路開閉弁。
- 請求項2記載の流路開閉弁において、前記ボディ本体に設けられた別異の環状溝にあって前記別異のシート部材に接するように弾性部材を設けることを特徴とする流路開閉弁。
- 請求項3記載の流路開閉弁において、前記弾性部材はOリングであることを特徴とする流路開閉弁。
- 請求項4記載の流路開閉弁において、前記弾性部材はOリングであることを特徴とする流路開閉弁。
- 請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の流路開閉弁において、前記ストッパに第1のねじ部を設け、前記ボディ本体に第2のねじ部を設け、前記第1のねじ部と第2のねじ部とを螺合させることにより前記ストッパを介して前記スリーブを押圧して該スリーブを前記弁体に圧接することを特徴とする流路開閉弁。
- 請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の流路開閉弁において、前記ストッパの流体流出口側に複数の切欠を設け、一方、前記ハンドルに前記複数の切欠の位置に対応する小突起を設け、前記小突起を前記切欠に係合させることにより前記ストッパを前記ボディ本体に着脱することを特徴とする流路開閉弁。
