Abstract
【課題】 電池セルに対する冷却効率の向上を図り、電池セルの発熱による温度上昇を抑制する。
【解決手段】 内部に複数の電池セル11がそれぞれ配置された複数の電池モジュール3と、複数の電池モジュールを収納する収納ケース2と、複数の電池モジュールの内部に冷却風を送る吸気用ダクト19、30とを備え、冷却風が吸気用ダクトを介して電池モジュールの内部に後方から取り入れられ、電池モジュールが少なくとも三つ設けられ少なくとも二つの電池モジュールが上下2段の状態で配置され、少なくとも二つの電池モジュールが前後に並んで配置され、最も前側に一つの電池モジュールが配置された。

Claims (7)
- 内部に複数の電池セルがそれぞれ配置された複数の電池モジュールと、
前記複数の電池モジュールを収納する収納ケースと、
前記複数の電池モジュールの内部に冷却風を送る吸気用ダクトとを備え、
冷却風が前記吸気用ダクトを介して前記電池モジュールの内部に後方から取り入れられ、
前記電池モジュールが少なくとも三つ設けられ少なくとも二つの前記電池モジュールが上下2段の状態で配置され、
少なくとも二つの前記電池モジュールが前後に並んで配置され、
最も前側に一つの前記電池モジュールが配置された
車載用バッテリー。 - 最も前側に配置された前記電池モジュールが上下2段に配置された二つの前記電池モジュールに対して中段に配置された
請求項1に記載の車載用バッテリー。 - 前記吸気用ダクトに連結されたファンが設けられ、
前記ファンが前記収納ケースの後端部における左方又は右方の少なくとも一方に配置された
請求項1又は請求項2に記載の車載用バッテリー。 - 前記吸気用ダクトとして第1の吸気用ダクトと第2の吸気用ダクトが設けられ、
前記第1の吸気用ダクトによって前記複数の電池モジュールのうちの少なくとも一つの前記電池モジュールに冷却風が送られ、
前記第2の吸気用ダクトによって前記複数の電池モジュールのうちの別の少なくとも一つの前記電池モジュールに冷却風が送られる
請求項1、請求項2又は請求項3に記載の車載用バッテリー。 - 前記第1の吸気用ダクトから取り込まれ前記電池モジュールを冷却した冷却風と前記第2の吸気用ダクトから取り込まれ前記電池モジュールを冷却した冷却風とが前記電池モジュールから前記収納ケースの内部にそれぞれ放出され、
前記第1の吸気用ダクトから取り込まれた冷却風と前記第2の吸気用ダクトから取り込まれた冷却風とが左右に離隔した位置から放出される
請求項4に記載の車載用バッテリー。 - 前記吸気用ダクトに、前記複数の電池モジュールの内部にそれぞれ冷却風を送る複数の流入部が設けられ、
最も後側に位置する前記電池モジュールの内部に冷却風を送る前記流入部の内部に整流フィンが設けられた
請求項1、請求項2、請求項3、請求項4又は請求項5に記載の車載用バッテリー。 - 前記複数の電池セルが一列に並んで配置され、
前記電池モジュールは前記複数の電池の並び方向が左右方向となる向きで前記収納ケースの内部に配置された
