Claims (7)
- 複数のバッテリモジュールと、複数の前記バッテリモジュールを収容するバッテリケースと、を有するバッテリパックと、
前記バッテリパックが搭載される車体と、を備える車両のバッテリ保護構造であって、
前記バッテリパックの所定方向の側端部に、空気を内部に導入する吸気導入口が設けられ、
前記車体の側部に配置される空気取入口から取入れた空気を前記吸気導入口に導く吸気経路を形成する吸気ダクトが、前記バッテリパックの前記所定方向の側方に設けられ、
前記吸気ダクトは、
前記車体の側部から車幅方向中央部に向かって延びる第1吸気ダクトと、
前記第1吸気ダクトと連結され、前記第1吸気ダクトから受け取った空気を前記吸気導入口から前記バッテリパックの内部に供給する第2吸気ダクトと、を有し、
前記第2吸気ダクトは、
前記バッテリパックの前記所定方向の側端部に連結される第1連結部と、
前記第1連結部と車幅方向に離隔し、前記バッテリパックの前記所定方向の側端部に連結される第2連結部と、
前記第1連結部と前記第2連結部とを連絡し、平面視で前記所定方向に突状に湾曲する湾曲部と、を有し、
前記湾曲部は、前記バッテリパックの前記所定方向の側端部との間に上方から前記車体を望む空間である湾曲部前方空間を形成していることを特徴とする車両のバッテリ保護構造。 - 前記第1連結部および前記第2連結部は、それぞれ車両上下方向の長さよりも車幅方向の長さが大きいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両のバッテリ保護構造。
- 前記湾曲部の前面の曲率が、前記湾曲部の後面の曲率よりも大きく、
前記湾曲部の車幅方向の中央部の車両上下方向の長さが、前記湾曲部の車幅方向の両端部の車両上下方向の長さよりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の車両のバッテリ保護構造。 - 前記第2吸気ダクトは、
その車幅方向の一端部の上部で、上方に膨出する膨出部と、
前記膨出部から車幅方向の一端側に延出し、上方から前記第1吸気ダクトが連結される連結部と、を有することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3の何れか1項に記載の車両のバッテリ保護構造。 - 前記膨出部は、
前記第1連結部と対向する位置に形成された垂直壁と、
車幅方向の他端側を向き、かつ、下方に向かうに連れて車幅方向において前記湾曲部の前記第2連結部側に近づくように傾斜する傾斜壁と、を有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の車両のバッテリ保護構造。 - 前記バッテリケースは、
前記バッテリモジュールが固定され前記バッテリモジュールの下面および側面を覆うロアケースと、
前記バッテリモジュールの上面を覆うアッパケースとを有し、
前記ロアケースを前記車体に固定するロアケース固定部が前記湾曲部前方空間に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5の何れか1項に記載の車両のバッテリ保護構造。 - 前記第1吸気ダクトと前記バッテリパックの後面との間に、上方から前記車体を望む空間である第1吸気ダクト前方空間が形成され、
前記アッパケースを前記ロアケースに固定するアッパケース固定部が、前記湾曲部前方空間および前記第1吸気ダクト前方空間に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の車両のバッテリ保護構造。
