Abstract
【解決手段】軸組の屋外側に断熱パネル15を備えた外周壁構造において、耐力壁としては柱11の屋内側に耐火ボード51を取り付け、屋内側に耐火性を有する内装面材15bを有する断熱パネル15を用い、断熱パネル15の屋内側には間柱を配置せず、断熱パネル15の屋外側に間柱16を配置して、間柱16に外装材17を取り付ける。

前記外装材が前記間柱に取り付けられていることを特徴とする。
Claims (4)
- 柱及び横材を備えた木造建物の軸組の屋外側に、板状の断熱材と面材とを有する断熱パネルと、前記断熱パネルの外側に配置された外装材とを備え、一部に耐力壁を有する木造建物の外周壁構造において、
前記耐力壁の少なくとも一部が、前記柱の屋内側に耐火ボードを取り付けてなり、
前記耐力壁を除く領域の少なくとも一部に、前記断熱パネルの屋内側の前記柱間には間柱がなく、前記断熱パネルの屋外側に、前記横材又は前記柱に取り付けられた間柱が配置され、前記断熱パネルが屋内側に耐火性を有する内装面材を備えた領域を有し、
前記外装材が前記間柱に取り付けられていることを特徴とする木造建物の外周壁構造。 - 前記耐力壁を除く領域の前記柱は、少なくとも表面が耐火部材からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の木造建物の外周壁構造。
- 前記間柱の幅が45mm〜90mm、奥行きが30mm〜120mmであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の木造建物の外周壁構造。
- 請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の外周壁構造を有することを特徴とする木造建物。
